Hey All,

I was mining with doge.pool.webxass.de, but the fronted keeps crashing during the day. I was paid out, but now that its down again. I am looking for a more reliable mining pool. I see a lot of spams for pools, so I am looking for some suggestions on which pool to use.

Thanks!

https://www.multipool.us

4gh/s + mining

known pool. trusted

eu and us servers , so u can make a backup pool if one goes down.

auto payments works like a charm and fast.

i recommend this.

I made an account, but seem unable to login.  After I attempt to login it just reloads the main page and asks for login info again.

try an other browser. i use mozilla and everything seems okey.

Guys, if you had balance in your DOGE.NETCODEPOOL.ORG account, your DOGEs are safe and you'd be able to cash out once website is up, which will be very soon.

Netcodepool is in LTC mining since 1.5 years. They are migrating to better servers that are enterprise level.

Not to mention the fact that auto-payout has been working all day. Got several 20k payouts the last 13 hours. Wink

I'm quite sure I still haven't gotten an auto-payout from netcodepool that I should have had already.

And I'm quite sure that I've got only two thirds of the coins I've mined today at Netcodepool.

you guys - srsly - what's going on. now the pool is dead to - ripping everyone off or what?

Netcodepool website been down for what a day now?  Anybody else been able to get in to look at their balances?  Thankfully most of my coins out and I pointed my miners elsewhere as soon as I couldn't log in.  A few hours understandable.  This long,  Hmmm?
Enough already.

Guys, Netcodepool has an official forum where you can stay updated about the frontend upgrade.

Thanks for the heads up about the up until now unknown "Official Forum".  If a website is down how can you know about it's forum?  Anyway went there and last news is that not only is front end down but mining is affected as well.  If anybody has miners point at netcodepool, buyer beware.  Sorry, but people ought to know.

I have ONE simple question: is there SOMEBODY mining and finding blocks??? PLEASE do NOT spam me with SCAM pools.
I see doge.scryptpools.com seem to have found 6 blocks in the last hour.

Screen of one of my workers (8 CPUs) minning for http://doge.scryptpools.com/

Commooon mate, that's just 10 minutes Cheesy
I'm currently minning with 10 x 8 CPUs (80 CPUs - 5 cloud servers per account) which costs me about $20.
http://dogecoin.ga/dogecoin_mining_cloud_servers.htm

People with higher budget can do much better!   Tongue

What software are you using to cpu mine? I can't find anything that does CPU mining with stratum protocol. If I try enable CPU mining with cudaminer (I think it's with the -H flag?) my hashrate only goes up by 2kh/s and my cpu usage goes up like 5%.

This question is not for me, but I try to answer it from my point of view. I use pooler cpuminer 2.3.2 for win. It is suitable for stratum. My AMD FX 8350 with 8 cores gives something like 60 - 64 Khash. Some antiviruses reported about virus, something like CPU MINER..., but others are silent. I think it's safe, but I use it on machine with no valuable data.

Thanks for the reply, that's the one I tried using and I always get "empty reply from server", which as I understand is what happens if you try to connect to a pool that's using the stratum protocol when your miner is using a different one. Is there any way to force pooler cpuminer to use stratum?

May be my command line string will be helpful. I have a .bat file with this string:

minerd -o stratum+tcp://doge.cryptoculture.net:22555 -u mydogelogin.1 -p myworkerpass

Thanks, that helped!

I was mining this in the early days (3 days ago) and did well, approx 80,000 doge for a few hours mining @ 870Kh/s.  What can I expect to get in a day at that hashrate now?  From checking out the pools it looks like I would only get a few hundred is that correct?

I suspect a few thousand at least, if it's for a whole day.

I'm only running about 115 khash/s and I've mined about 2,000 so far today. You should be able to get way better than me.
