All bonuses are done through www.betcoin.ag, therefore if you can't login to www.betcoin.ag then you can't receive any of the bonuses.  You know this.  We are happy to add bonuses for the inconvenience but you can't access the bonuses, tickets, surprise boxes and other features if you can't login to www.betcoin.ag.  This is the problem that must be fixed but we can't see the problem and have spent a lot of time on this and will continue to do so until we are able to fix it for you.  

Can we enlist a member of the to login to your account and see if they have a problem and then write about their experience here so we try to get this figured out?  It's really quite unfortunate because we would really like to have you involved.

Great question JerryCurlzz.  The default currency at Betcoin is bitcoin, more specifically mbtc.  Your balance is always displayed in mbtc, therefore when you withdraw, you enter the amount of mbtc you want to withdraw and it is sent to you.  When you buyin to WPN / $ tourneys, your bitcoin is converted to USD to make the buyin and then when you win your winnings are converted back into bitcoin.  Give it a try today.
