wwwin, no players looked into his account.  He says he cannot login to his account at www.Betcoin.ag, but everyone else can login to their own accounts and we can log directly into his account at www.betcoin.ag with no problems.  In order for us to fix a problem, we have to observe a problem which we cannot observe for notserp.  We offered to have him select a player or us select a trusted player to try to login to his account to assess a problem, but he refused, therefore we did not move forward with this.  Why don't we nominate wwwmin to login to your account notserp through pm's of course and see if he sees the problem?  

Also, there is no mention of anything wrong with poker, casino, sports or his funds, because there are no issues.  He says he cannot login to his account at www.betcoin.ag which is where we keep the bonuses.  We have tried to solve this, but can't figure out what to solve because we don't even see a problem to solve.  Everyone else can login to their accounts at www.betcoin.ag.  Would you like to volunteer to assist?

Nobody has had access to your account or they would have provided a full report.  We have over 700 players login to the www.betcoin.ag to get their daily surprise box, access their bonuses and contribute to the community and nobody has the problem you have.  In our internal staff tests we have not had the problem you have, therefore we can't fix a problem that we can't see.  We are not saying the problem doesn't exist but we have yet to replicate the issue that's why we need someone else to assist and provide feedback, but you don't want us to do that so we have not. 

We reset passwords for people everyday and they go right in and change their password and we never hear from them again about this issue.  We will only let a player access your account if you provide your permission and then we will have them report here and back to you about any issues they have.

So far its been a good experience for me. They do seem to be new and raw with not too much  experience in running a poker site but I think they try hard and so far appear decent. I would rather have inexperience kids running the site than hardcore crooks playing poker with a debugger accessing the server memory running a site.

So I would to like to find out sooner than later if your problems were technical issues or something sinister cause your post does not say much.

I am not new, I am the same person assigned to fix your issue from over 6 weeks ago.  I have a permanent job here at Betcoin until it is fixed and hopefully after.  For clarification, anyone that has ever logged into your account has worked for Betcoin.  The mother of one of our programmers that was performing some administrative work was able to login to your account without issue, but this is why we want to turn it over to an independent third party / individual to login and see if there is an issue, but you have not given us permission to do so so we will not. 

All of the bonuses you speak of are in your account and it is unfortunate that this issue cannot get resolved, because we just want you to have access to your bonuses and win some real bitcoin in these great tournaments that so many Betcoin players are winning in with your exceptional poker skills.

We really don't know what to do wwwin, because we just want him to be able to login, but he is insistent on not allowing us to help him but then makes negative comments about our customer service.  Part of my job is to make sure his situation gets taken care of, along with a few other marketing responsibilities.  

He actually was been a member with Betcoin from the beginning I was told and used to have a Betcoin affiliate link in his signature for a long while.
