Right, but what I'm saying is that the traditional poker ticket system is that the ticket is on your account in the client, and when you go to register for a valid tournament it lets you use the ticket. Doing it through the website is something unique to Betcoin. I see that link now, but for newer players, it's near impossible to find that on your site and, as I said, it's just an un-intuitive system. |

I deposited thursday and could never sign up for the new depositors freeroll i emailed support and they never responded there was no ticket in my account and no indication of what the password was.
I had a similar problem with some satellite tickets that I won when I first started, are you sure you are looking in the right place? To use a betcoin ticket, you have to go to the website, log in, click the little portrait in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and click on 'bonuses'. That screen is where you should see any tickets you have, and you have to click 'register' on that screen to use them. It's a pretty bad system and nowhere is it explained how to use it. Thanks for the reply, yea that's where i was looking for it, that's also where you get the daily gift, but i didn't have any first deposit freeroll tickets there. The New Depositor Freeroll is a password freeroll and what is your username so that we can review and send it to you. As for the tickets being a "bad system", the other option is to auto register you in tournaments that you may not be able to play which is one of the biggest criticisms about satellites. We give you now the ability through tickets to win a ticket and play any day when you have time. The response to the ticketing system has been overwhelming positive and in fact this is our first complaint! We know you can't please 100% of our players 100% of the time but we will always try! Good luck. I actually like the tickets in the website the way it is now, I've had no trouble finding it. It's just that the ticket i was looking for was not there. This site is all types of awesome It's hard to believe there is a site like this in 2015 with all the rewards that they offer and status points that never reset like other sites in the industry where you have to be a slave to the site just to keep your status and obviously no bs when it comes to depositing and withdrawing thanks to bitcoin. It really is amazing and i hope this is just the beginning. |

Hello, I'm really enjoying betcoin poker, up to Bronze 2 rank!
I have a question though - I unlocked some Casino bonus chips via surprise box, however when I try to go to the blackjack tables or slots via betcoin.ag to play through to unlock my bonus, it says there was a log-in error. Is it not possible to access the casino in the U.S.A.? Am I doing something wrong?
