I still have ~ 3 dozen support tickets that date back as far as 9 months ago that are still open and unresolved and ~ 1 dozen of which have never even been replied to.
What is your login name? You can even PM us, but we are nearly 100% certain you will not provide it here or in pm because what you write simply is not true. One last time and I'll put the important part all in caps for you: Here's a polite Fuck You to Betcoin just in case they thought about making some lame ass attempt to try to help now. IT'S FAR TOO LATE. THE DAMAGE IS DONE AND IS NOW IRREPARABLE. Why is it still so difficult for you to comprehend that? I do not want your help. You lost that opportunity. Help is what was needed 8, 6, 4, 2 months ago. You refused to help for weeks and months and then on the rare occasion that you did, you were arrogant and rude, which must be your defense mechanism for being grossly incompetent, and did not help whatsoever. Thus ~ 3 dozen unresolved tickets, ~ a dozen of which that were never even replied to (ex. entry fees not returned for tourneys that everyone on Betcoin was blocked from playing for hours on many occasions due to more incompetence on Betcoin not being capable of keeping their poker client running while all other WPN skins had zero problems, no rake back or status points or only a fraction of what was owed, entry fees not returned for unregistering in tourneys, the sudden switch to not giving any rakeback or status points for any tourney sattyed into, plenty of simple questions that were always ignored for no apparent reason even when it involved players scamming Betcoin/WPN, etc.) Your days of screwing me are over and it is now my time to expose you. The huge difference is that I have morals so everything I do will be both legal and moral. Finally, of course I am not giving you my username. You think I’d actually allow you to harass me just like you harass Twitchyseal and others? Hell no. I tried my best for months to get my issues resolved to no avail. Patience and pleasantries didn’t work. So now you are getting abrupt and abrasive. I have all the proof I need and I most certainly am not going to share any of it with you. I do not want anything from you. I’m here to stick up for what is right for myself and everyone else that got screwed by you, everyone that is currently getting screwed by you and everyone that you will screw in the future. That bolded part weaken all the rest in my eyes.

Big tournament today at Betcoin Poker!
No doubt the cs is all geared up to help with questions.
"Live Chat
We are offline now"
Clicking on link for "Live Chat hours" brings up:
"Operating Hours (America/Costa_Rica)"
and the rest is blank.
What a dog and pony show of a poker site. A total fail, as always.

What is the point of having a thread like this if every time someone asks a difficult question you spam the same 3 posts on top of it to hide the difficult question?
Please either answer the questions or explicitly admit that you don't want to answer them. Repeatedly spamming the same out-of-date information about tournaments that already finished is annoying, ugly, and rude.
What question(s) do you want answered? There are no difficult questions. I'm interested to know about your parent company, and how it "overlaps" with BetCris and the WPN, as you mentioned here: Dooglus, we have close to 1,000 players daily on Betcoin, over 100 tickets and 50-100 live chat customer support tickets daily. Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris and the WPN and have been in business over 16 years.
I've seen people ask about that many times in this thread, and each time they do you ignore it, and follow up with 2 or 3 long posts repeating things you have already said many times. It could look to a suspicious mind as if you are avoiding the question. So are you willing to answer? What is your parent company, and how is it connected to BetCris and/or the WPN?

I can't understand why either ftw or hopen seem to be able to simply look past the blatant lies of Betcoin. I'm following this thread with much interest and am not blind to Betcoin behaviour here (already posted in this thread or in dice one (not sure) my bad opinion on their behaviour about how one of them dealt with Dooglus). What I don't find transparent is stating to have lots od unanswered tickets and, at the same time, refusing to provide (also in private) your nickname to betcoin. Not blaming at you on this because you clearly argumentated your issues providing you username also (to allow them check your issues were true ones), asked for clear answers. Most of your questions looks legit ones in my eyes and, as already said, I'm much intereated in this thread because I'd like to read an answer here. Being that said I don't think I'm to blame (from you I mean) only because my experience on Betcoin has been always positive til now, I never had any serious problem with them, my withdrawal requests has always been worked correctly and quickly, they have at the moment the best bitcoin-poker offer. So you are to be respected for your opinion but the same concept is not working for me if mine is different from your?

So just to summarize what's going on here, Betcoin made a BOLD CLAIM: What question(s) do you want answered? There are no difficult questions.
Dooglus, a well respected member of the community who they know they can't bs because he'd call it out and has the clout to influence business, asked a very simple question: I'm interested to know about your parent company, and how it "overlaps" with BetCris and the WPN, as you mentioned here: Dooglus, we have close to 1,000 players daily on Betcoin, over 100 tickets and 50-100 live chat customer support tickets daily.
It wasn't even an original or difficult question! It was merely asking them for clarification on something that Betcoin support already said! And since they made that claim two weeks ago, they've been asked for that same clarification numerous times. So it's not like it's a question they couldn't have prepared for. Betcoin support responded with: ...well actually they didn't respond. The question was asked three days ago and Betcoin hasn't replied yet. But not just to him. You see, they know that if they reply to OTHER people that Dooglus would know that they are avoiding his question (which they claimed there were no difficult questions, so logically why would they ignore his?) and would call them out on it. So they haven't made any posts on this site in...74 hours as I'm writing this. That seems like a LONG time to not have a support presence.

Also don't forget about the actual rake being half of the rake of our competitors!
This would be true if Betcoin only raked what they said they would. I believe they used to rake as advertised, however for at the past several weeks at least, Betcoin has been charging significantly more rake than advertised. This was brought to their attention by multiple players in multiple ways several weeks ago. If anyone is surprised that Betcoin has chosen to do simply do nothing about it, I suggest you go back and read the last several pages of this thread. Betcoins rake schedule as well as players comments and hand historys they have ignored can be found HEREExample 1 4/8 NLHE, two players Advertised rake - 1mbtc (2.5% capped at 1mbtc) Actual rake - 5mbtc Game ID: 10232096 4/8 Maribor - 2 (Omaha) Seat 1 is the button Seat 1: ungod (613.85). Betcoin has known about this for 3 weeks, if not longer, so "honest mistake" is no longer a legitimate excuse. At this point the only ethical options I can think of would be to A - Determine exactly how much they have over-charged every player and issue refunds. (hands that were already refunded due to 100%rakeback promo obviously would not get refunded) B - If it would take an unrealistic amount of effort to determine exact numbers, they could figure out some what to get an estimate, and issue every player a refund slightly higher than the estimate along with an explanation on how the arrived at that number (and an apology) Obviously they won't do either. In response to the inevitable responses pointing out their generous table starter promotion or fast cashout times: Who cares, that doesn't give them the right to take more than they said they would. Edit: Also I'd like to add that several months ago I pointed out to Betcoin Paul that they were overcharging at Heads Up Limit tables. I was never able to confirm if it was fixed since the game ran so rarely and now I'm banned - its probably never been right though.

How long has this been going on? So they are charging more than PStars and about triple what they say they charge? Now you may be on to something. How about more people checking up on the rake charge and posting the hands as you did.

A scam? One thing we always see is the word scam being used very freely here at Bitcointalk. We can't control if some bitcointalk members think other bitcointalk members are trolling or not. You are addressing a player on our website and Betcoin at the same time with these comments and the player certainly doesn't speak for Betcoin.
Dooglus, we have close to 1,000 players daily on Betcoin, over 100 tickets and 50-100 live chat customer support tickets daily. Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris and the WPN and have been in business over 16 years. Customer service can always be improved and will continue to be improved, but we are surprised by your use of the word scam.
With that said, we are reviewing your particular ticket in detail still and as stated would have the resolution in full by Monday at the latest. On another note, the traffic and player volume has increased to its highest point over the last 2 weeks, which we are very happy to report.
" Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris...". Could you please elaborate on this. What is your parent company's name? How do the owners overlap with BetCris? BetCris is an established and honorable brand. But " Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris..." is a vague statement that could be anything. Or nothing, as I could state I overlap with PinnacleSports.
What do you mean by "overlap"? If I was in conversation with one of the principals of BetCris, would that person vouch for your company? Or does this "overlap" only mean you rent offices and internet lines from them, or something similar?Bump. [Originally asked these questions on 11/30 (9 days ago) and ignored ever since].

The earliest hand I've seen that was over charged was November 14th. The earliest Betcoin was made aware of it was November 15th or 16th. Since then multiple players have brought it to their attention. Some comments from other players on Betcoin Forum: You're right.2 weeks 3 days ago I just checked myself and you're right, the rake is definitely wrong...they are raking way more than what the chart indicates. Wooooooah...2 weeks 3 days ago is 100% right, just observed a 4/8 HU game where it was raked like 4+.
This chart is definitely NOT accurate regarding what is actually being raked! I'm sure Betcoin isn't doing it intentionally, but this needs to be fixed ASAP. It's definitely still not right. This screen shot is from just now. 5+ handed at .5/1 NLHE table Should be taking 2.5% with a 2 chip cap I also saw them taking 3 chips from a 3 handed 3/6 NLHE game (should be 1 chip cap) and 3 chips from a 3 handed .5/1 PLO game (should be 1 chip cap)

I just checked and can confirm. Within 3 hands of opening a table I saw a hand that was over raked. Hand #10704274, 2.70 was raked out of a 108.13 pot. The cap, according to the giant chart that is on the front page of their site, should be 2 chips.
So now there are two questions.

You guys are funny. All the problems you have but you still play everyday. One thing I have learned is people vote with their actions. There are many great options out there ACR, SWC, Nitrogren kinda for poker definitely for sports, but you continue to play on Betcoin which says a whole lot about how you really feel. Also, I remember just 2 months ago when I couldn't find a ring game 24 hours a day, now I can, which also says a whole lot.
I actually came to ask about the bitcointalk tournament but I will also send a ticket because I don't see OP for the bitcointalk thread here. Will that run this weekend. Great value and good concept.

The fact that you still defend a site that has a FOUR DAY ABSENCE after being asked a simple question and has visual proof of cheating it's customers out of extra rake is insane. Are you that stupid? The fact that you attack people who are showing you how you are being ripped off shows your true motives. Also you never answered the question about what your Betcoin name is.
