I have nothing but good things to say about coin.mx. They have ever been my friend and ally in buying btc with my debit card. Not sure why they have such a bad rep with some members from here? Is there something I'm missing?

They drew up interest in their website and these tourneys through opening up a forum over at cmxforum.com .They ran contests having people sign up at differnt places through their affiliate links and when you signed up you were entered in a draw however of course they did not pay out any of the winners, myself included even though i was contacted each day saying i will be getting paid at this time today and then that time would come and the next day theyd be so sorry and give a new time that day where i would definitly get paid and of course never was and this went on for 10 days before the cmxforum was completely cleaned up of any mentioning of those draws even occurring and numerous forum members accounts deleted  because they were calling out the scams.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I am staking my mate FoxMulder on betcoin for almost all OSS events and this is really disappointing. He is >>top 10<< stack on event #34 and shit just gets cancelled. Then he only gets refund for the buy-in? Really?? It was even a PLO8 tourney and I am sure he could have cashed it big time. Also he doesn't get any refund in cancelled tournaments where he was out already. See how that is unfair? This was the third time he was deep in a tourney that got cancelled to only get a silly buyin refund. You should refund based on ICM or something like that. I really hope you guys will make up for this because now we are just throwing away money.

We are unsure if you are aware of this, but the WPN network had technical difficulties which have been fixed.  This network error effected all 2,500 people on the network.  It of course becomes a Betcoin problem when players are playing WPN tournaments through Betcoin.  We have been assured by the WPN that these technical difficulties will not occur moving forward, but there we were obviously disappointed and irate about the technical difficulties as well.

.

An agreement was made to host a 10 btc tournament over 3 weeks ago and the details were finally ironed out.  We cannot speak for any promotions that cmxforum.com does as that is not our company, but we can say there will be a 10 btc freeroll sponsored by Coin.mx that will run on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 2:30pm EST and every winner will be paid out as every winner is always paid out at Betcoin.  If it wasn't for Coin.mx's involvement there would not be guaranteed prize pool as high as 10 btc.

I understand technical issues happen. But when Seals has technical issues that cancel a tournament they would refund based on ICM. That is the proper way to refund in a poker tournament. It is kinda irrelevant it was a WPN issue, he was playing at Betcoin. Also this happened yesterday, while it supposed to be fixed some days ago already too.

Either way I hope it is really fixed because theoretically that online series is really cool and I was actually excited to stake him for most of the events, but I am not sure if he still wants to play with those issues and silly unfair refunds.

No one is mad that Betcoin is putting on a 10 btc freeroll. I am just more surpised that a reputable place like betcoin is continuing to stay in bed with affiliates who are being called out by the bitcoin and more importantly the poker community for having running scams on them directly related to this tourney.

We certainly appreciate your feedback and for the canceled tournaments that is how the refunds have been going as that is our policy based on ICM.  If this had been sent to support(a)betcoinpoker.com it would have been taken care of promptly as all others have been.  Do you know what place he was in?  As we stated there is, we are just as disappointed as anyone when this happens but we will always get it done right and we are being assured that this will not happen again.

Thank you for your comments ftwbtc1 as we work very hard to bring great opportunities to our players.  Actually, CMXForum.com should not have even been mentioned in this announcement because they are not involved.  CMXForum.com is run by an entirely separate group than Coin.mx.  When this was originally announced it was to be sponsored by CMXForum.com but they did not live up to their end of the obligations, just as they did not live up to their end of their obligations in their dealings with you and you call them a scam.  We were in a similar situation and therefore cutoff relations.  Coin.mx stepped in to make sure that this freeroll happened and that they were not mixed with CMXForum.com.  CMXForum.com is not involved in this freeroll and this freeroll will run Saturday December 13, 2014 with no requirements as the COIN.MX & BETCOIN.AG 10 BTC FREEROLL

TheKagel has no part in it, but he did bring the original opportunity to Betcoin and introduced us to Coin.mx, and because we are an honorable company decided to simply place a bounty on him for the introduction which we are covering.

This thread brings up a few good points actually that should be clear:  1) 100% of the 10 btc for the freeroll is being distributed to players and nobody has their "hand in it".  2) We hope you read our statement with regard to CMXForum.com and why it was removed as not living up to its obligations as they didn't live up to their obligations with you.

We try to bring you a 10 btc freeroll, the original sponsor doesn't live up to his obligations and we work very hard to continue to bring it our players, by cutting out the original sponsor that ALL of us had problems with yet there is still a problem.  It's tough out there everyone!  Good luck in the 10 btc unrestricted freeroll brought to you by Coin.mx and Betcoin.ag.

There was scheduled downtime as can be seen here and that is what you are experiencing, but it will be back up shortly.  Email support with your specifics:  https://betcoin.ag/scheduled-wpn-network-downtime

We have just been told the entire WPN network will be undergoing 20 minutes of maintenance very shortly.

All refunds will be processed immediately and this will be the final fix to the network issues, we are told.

We will certainly keep you posted.

Bit Jam and we thank you for your statements and understand completely where they were coming from as we were very salty as well and were determined to get the 10 btc game going for all of you.  You are very welcome and please message us anytime if you need anything.
