Well, this is very general, who is your friend so that something can be done.  All confirmed withdrawals have been sent.  Also, during certain times it may take up to 4 hour though 95% are done within minutes.  Also, why wouldn't your friend email to get his situation resolved quickly instead of asking his friend to post on a forum?
