Coin.mx & Betcoin.ag 10 btc Freeroll Review - SUCCESS!

https://www.betcoin.ag/coinmx-betcoinag-10-btc-freeroll-review-success

On December 13, 2014, Coin.mx & Betcoin.ag held the 10 btc freeroll with 938 players competing for the guaranteed prize pool.

The Coin.mx & Betcoin.ag 10 Bitcoin freeroll was a high successful 10 hour brawl featuring 938 players and paid out 99 players. The winner, Alex Tech, received the top prize of 1.925 btc.

The bounties fell one by one, But Grindabit's very own Chazley refused to go down. He fought a valiant battle at the final table and won a very respectable 4th place for (640 mbtc over a half a bitcoin for free).

3rd place went to firehot999 when he collected Chazley's chips and bounty (825 mBtc).

And the final two made quick work of it... only a few hands were needed as Alex Tech used his huge chip lead to call nearly every hand until until 22 kills a/j offsuit in the final hand and the victory.

Vertuhcle finished second, unable to bounce back from the huge chip of Alex Tech (1,200 mbtc)

And Alex Tech won a well deserved first place finish for (1,925 mbtc)

Alex Tech was the chip leader for the last 3 hours of the tournament and played outstanding poker to maintain that lead all the way to the finish line !!! Congratulations on your win Alex Tech, it was very well deserved!

We wish to thank everyone who participated in this great event. This went so well finally (after the early on confusion and changes). Plan on seeing more big freerolls and guaranteed tournaments here at Betcoin.

Those of you who came to give us a test drive please do comment in this thread, we would enjoy to hear your reviews of our site. We do hope that some of you will consider making Betcoin your poker home.

Betcoin, managed to run tournaments with almost 1000 players and zero lag, zero freeze ups.

We hope everyone had a good time win or lose, and look forward to the next big freeroll event.

Lastly, all of you who won a bounty please do Verify with us if you will be able to attend the Revenge match and Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 2:30pm EST. If you are not able please let us know right away.

Please, lets hear from everyone.. this thread is open for your thoughts and comments.

meh... and you could even say " thats our tourney, thats our network, if you dont like, dont play" like before?

We actually did publish a statement and thank you for having us repost it here because it is important that it is well known:

https://www.betcoin.ag/winning-millions-tournament-statement-and-new-tournament-date

Winning Millions Tournament Statement and New Tournament Date

Dear Betcoin Players,

The following is a statement from the Winning Poker Network which we fully support:

Creating a fair gaming experience for our members is our No. 1 priority. Due to circumstances out of our control, we were unable to provide a stable, fair gaming experience during the $1,000,000 GTD Winning Millions tournament. We apologize for the difficulties you and the other registered players went through yesterday evening.

Canceling a tournament like $1,000,000 GTD is not an easy decision, especially after all the preparation leading up to it. We could have cancelled it sooner, but we kept trying everything in our power to fix the issues. Nevertheless, due to the disconnections that were disrupting the play, the tournament was cancelled and all buy-ins and fees were returned to the players.

We are committed to providing you the huge GTD tournaments you deserve. We will fix the issues and still manage to do it.

We will deliver a $1,000,000 GTD tournament on February 22nd, 2015.

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

The Winning Poker Network

Months of hype for a canceling of a tournament when more then 40% of the field had already been eliminated. Whats worse is the payouts were not split among the remaining or anything of the sort. Refunding everyone here wasn't right but its whatever.

If there were DDOS problems shame on Winning Network and all of its affiliates for not preparing adequately for this big event.

It was an incredibly difficult few weeks for the Winning Poker Network staff and all of the affiliates, but we are a resilient group who will bring bigger and better opportunities to the poker community especially the bitcoin poker community.
