bleh something went wrong again this time i had straight and some money in the pot...

looks like it was only me, my connection was fine for sure, works after restarting software but pretty serious bug

yep game stop working in the middle of me flop the nut flush - lost money.  Game basicly unplayable now.

Thanks for the reply, I'm not upset about it.  I realize everything is in beta and were taking risk by playing.  I mostly just wanted to let you know so you were aware that their were problems. Actually outside of today i've never had any problems.  I do love what your doing with SWC.

I just wanted to leave a comment and let SWC know that I have had zero problems using your browser-based software as well as the PC client on my linux computer running wine. I've had a lot of fun playing the past couple weeks and love all the website features. It can be hard running a website and keeping things compatible and you guys are doing a great job keeping up with the pace and making sure everything operates as smooth as possible. A+

Shit happens. I did notice there was a seven am freeroll that was still running and I signed up for it even though went off so another glitch you can look at. I like the new login page nice job. Congrats to Micon for his deep run in event 14.

Any chance of getting block chat to completely block the blocked player? Like their name doesn't show when they type and no asteriks or anything? Also to get it to remember who you blocked so you don't have to redo it everytime.

^worse then joey and anita by far with his constant attention seeking and nonstop trolling of lobby for no other reason then to incite people. Admin please do the appropriate or please come into the lobby when people notify you he is nuisance trolling for hours and disrupting lobby. I am blocking him but other people aren't because he is doing sales and they feel have to protect community which forces me to turn off lobby when he is on and people shouldn't have to go to those extremes.

if I lose connection not able to play 10 after stil running I got back on seven times and froze after 2 hands each time and said 10k paused what is the next step? Whole player base had problems from what I saw.  Whatever im sure admin will make it right to best of ability is frustrating  though hope admin can understand players frustration. I got chip refund back for the 10k ty seals plus a little extra.

B4 black friday, Tilt and Stars had 100x that many players at any given time.
I played on both... never locked up this often.

My mostly uninformed opinion is that the problems from the last two days or so are the result of a DDOS, a really crappy ISP, or maybe a flaky router/network card.  It doesn't appear to be a load issue on the server.  They can obviously handle 400+ players during the popular freerolls alongside the table games.  As FreeMoney said above, poker server/software itself doesn't appear to be affected as once you manage to log back in, it's obvious it's been going on serving hands without you.

It's been pretty frustrating the last couple days; hopefully they'll figure out the issue and deal with it.
