Do you know why has the price increased?
As always - more people are buying than selling now  But if you look for other explanation: - fundamentally - Rofo is working on new mobile platform. This is good news for both NOXT and Noble - technically - many altcoins are going up now. I do think Noble went too low during bear market and now is reacting to the upside One more reason: - monetary - year ago during transition from PoW to PoS we had 2224 million coins. Today there is 2261 million coins in circulation. This means PoS rewards for whole year accounted for increase of about 37 million coins which is an increase of 1.66%. If you compare 1.66% with crazy inflation during PoW phase you can clearly see Noble is much more stable currency now. Looking at this from point of view someone who does not stake at all. If you do not stake you lose about 1.66% of your purchasing power yearly. This can be compared to someone who, for one reason or another do not want to go to bank to deposit his coins, and prefers to keep fiat currency under his mattress. |

As always - more people are buying than selling now  only 18% of coins seems to stake active the way NOBLE POS works that means other coins theoretical POS income is wasted which means Noblecoin have not 8% yearly inflation but just 8x0.18 thats ultra low inflation of 1.44% at that low inflation a price raise is much easyer say thx to everyone who dont stake his coins |

Spring Staking PromotionIt is spring time, better weather, better prices so many good news.  However as always there is some cons. Percentage of coins being staked on regular basis dropped from above 20% to about 16%. It seems number of people decided to move their money onto exchanges and stopped staking. I would like to encourage the opposite trend. The idea is to pay additional bonuses to people who stake. This is my current proposal: Every 10th block being minted earns additional 100 NOBLE Every 100th block being minted earns additional 1000 NOBLE Every 1000th block being minted earns additional 10000 NOBLE Every 10000th block being minted earns additional 100000 NOBLE The reward is going to be paid with delay of up to several hours due to security precautions. So be patient and it will finally reach its destination I am going to devote 1 million coins from my own purse for this program. The coins were earned by working on bounties. This should provide enough funds to keep it going for whole April and maybe bit longer. I am running some tests to see how this works so handful of people have already earned rewards Tentative date to start this program is 7th AprilPlease let me know what you think about this idea. Any comments, concerns, or maybe someone is willing to donate more funds to this? With more funds we could keep it running longer or maybe consider paying 1 million NOBLE for block number 400 000 which should be minted in about a month from now.

I ran some tests today and so far so good. About 5000 NOBLE were distributed as reward. Please let me know if there were any issues e.g. someone received reward by mistake because he did not mint any coins today etc |

Matter of fact, I will be announcing a NOBLE giveaway of my own... SOON tm I'm looking forward to people re-adjusting their stacking transaction sizes At the moment of transition from PoW to PoS we had this idea about "perfect transaction size" for stacking of 2 000 000. Reality told us that "perfect" does not mean real and right now you can see sizes in region 100 000 - 200 000 work fine. If more people do this than we should achieve higher difficulty which is what we want |
