What's on the horizon for Noble?
The price has reached 4 sat on Cryptsy.. Is there a reason not to sell?
Bitcoin up Altcoins go down ^ This. Also, if you are looking to sell your Noble at 4, please PM me first before you try to dump it on the market, will give you a fair price for it. None of you answered my question: "What's on the horizon for Noble?" Why would the price ever go up? I've been holding Noble from the start and was an early miner when it first launched. I'm not eager to sell the few millions I have but one would like to know if there is any point to keep holding them.. Have you applied to beta test Noble android app? Or read the last few posts by rofo? Or the Noxt thread? Or whitepapers? You speak as if nothing has been posted or no progress has been made or there is certain lack of update or information. Are you not satisfied by the rate of progress given the road map ahead? Now unless you bought in to this in speculation of price increase within desired timeframe, than you invested wrong. Or you could be spreading FUD. Now if your question is genuine and you have taken all the above in to consideration, than there are few factors that can effect the price. 1) free market decides the price, period. If you want an exact answer to your question you have to ask Mr. Market, but dont expect a reply. 2) BTC pump, I'd say Noble is doing pretty good price wise compared to other alts at the moment. 3) app is still in beta and i am sure rofo is busy with implementing certain legal and technical framework. I am sure there are other reasons but your question is very open ended.

Non mandatory wallet update - version 2.0.4Changes- Changing layout to black. - Fixed issue present in version 2.0.3 where colors were not displayed correctly. Feedback is welcomePlease let me know if everything is fine or if you notice any issues. This update does not touch anything important hence risk should be minimal but lots of files were modified. I will appreciate your feedback. How to upgrade1. It is always a good idea to backup your wallet.dat file. 2. Download, unzip and run newest version of client. Do I have to upgrade? No, you don't. This update is just about graphics. What's the recommended size of transactions to ensure staking will work best?In theory 2 000 000 coins is best size. However it reality it depends what is the current network difficulty and how many wallets are staking. Personally I never had any issues with transaction sizes between 100 000 - 2 000 000. Download:- Windows: http://ilikebtc.com/noble/NobleCoin-Qt-v2.0.4.zip- Linux: https://github.com/eagleflies/noblecoin/

Unfortunately I do not have access to any Mac at the moment. Going to ask Joe if he will be willing to help us again with OSX compilation.

Unfortunately I do not have access to any Mac at the moment. Going to ask Joe if he will be willing to help us again with OSX compilation. It's good & great if it is possible at this preliminary stage , just to keep everyone included . But if it takes way too much work I think that we , the OSX bunch , could also wait for the next mandatory update …

No need, staking a few million in 1 block, it has not split once, really nice feature, so none of that other stuff is needed for Noble since it does not split blocks with every reward. AG18

I think NBL is better, NOBL is too long. Do you think it's a time for a change?

AG18 Few million in one block might not be a good idea. Try to stay within couple of mil per block for optimum staking given current diff. Algo punishes too small or too big blocks

AG18 its nice yes but by far not the best POS earning rate (example DMD stake 50% (in a few months reduced to 25%) but for the already high amount of total coins the 8% fit more would have been overkill
