Wow, I was actually reading through this whole thread last night and I got inspired to go purchase a chunk of Klondikes.  I just went to Coinmarket.io and I have to say I have changed my mind.  A never-ending stack of buys for 10 coins at a time just to make a point and desperately sustain a pricecomes across as adolescent and obnoxious.  I can't even see one legit buy order to be able to tell what a real demand price might be.  You are hurting your coin and it's unfortunate because you have obviously worked very hard.  Good luck sorting things out.

Yes, i don't know how that asshole is, but it happens a lot with coinedmarket.io listed coins...they want to hide their bigger buy order.

Go check Coinedup instead, there are 10 BTC buy orders at the top.

Well there were, 4.5 BTC left

Thanks, just went back to coinmarket.io and buy stacks were gone.  I really hope it was some sort of strange glitch, but I've never seen that before.  I think I'll wait a few days and see how this gets sorted out.  Great community support here though, gotta say.  Back to sorting through all the crap coins :-(

Right now our main problem are persons who have lost faith on KDC, sold all their coins and are just commenting here bad things now to make it sink so they feel better with themselves and get convinced they didn't lost their life's chance. I won't say names but some persons were saying KDC was best coin ever 10 pages ago and now they are saying this coin can go nowhere. It's sad but it's like that.

Coin speed release is a "problem" but it shouldn't be making the price go down that way. It's not that hard to maintain price and we were doing it perfectly until last week more or less. The ones who left and sold all their stack, just go to another coin. No resentment.

Yes, I apologize if it wasn't anyone inside the KDC circle.  I just assumed it was because I saw some posters in this thread talking about setting the walls over the past 24 hours or so, hence I might have jumped to conclusions.  Thanks!

Actually it happens on a lot of exchanges with a lot of coins.  I spend a lot of time on CoinEx and I see it all the time.  It's people trying to manipulate the price of a coin to their favor since the small transactions can easily sway the market ticker and hopefully influence other buyers/sellers to create a run.

When you see long runs of similar small coin orders like that, just ignore them.

I'm really impressed, no one bashed me for my aggressive comment I hastily made.  Good time to buy!  Now if only I wasn't taking such a loss on my Worldcoins...

LOL, I feel your pain with Worldcoin! Lost a fair bit on them, sold out when they were about $0.22 and bought KDC with the proceeds.

I have a silly and potentially stupid idea:

The Olympics are happening right?

When someone wins an event in the Olympics, what are they awarded with?  A gold medal.

What does the Klondike, and therefore KlondikeCoin represent?  Gold

We as a community should do some digging and see if we can identify the winners of the various events and award them with paper wallets of 100 KDC each.  Thereby making KlondikeCoin an "unofficial sponsor" of Gold Medalists everywhere.

(Yes, I'm sort of pulling this idea riding the coattails of Doge sponsoring Olympic teams)

Probably a bit late for this now, but still a pretty good idea for publicity.

Just bad timing, I don't know if you did or not, but also research the coin before you invest.

As a KDC supporter from the start ánd big bag holder, I feel the urge to share my thoughts with you all once again.

- Yes, I've seen KDC gone from trading in the 20.000+ area to the 5000-7000 we are in now for some time
- I have followd the whole fork thing discussion (without stating my personal opinion, since I recon the Dev's are responsible and capable enough of seeing problems themselfs too and I think they have handled it perfectly.)
- Does the low buy price hurt my feelings? Yes, because (as an early adopter) I'd like a big profit too.
- Does it make me sell because I'm scared? No, because I'm in with this coin for the long run (at least a year)
- Besides, I did not invest with money I need in real life. Ive spent around 2 BTC on KDC lately that I got from mining other coins. No single dollar from my bank account invested. Because of this, I have plenty of time. Can pay energybill with my dayjob income. No need/rush to sell for me.
- Will I sell when it hits 20k again? No, because I still believe this coin is worth minimum a dollar each. Just not right now at this moment.
- Will I sell when it hits 1 dollar? Yes, I will sell some, like 20-30% of my stack. I see this as my reward for being an early adopter and for my patience.
- I will always keep at least 20k KDC never for sale. I hope I can hand it over to my kids someday.

From what I've seen from other coins, KDC has a commited dev-team, posting updates almost every day. Working hard to get things done. Did a kitmoto thing without any problem or issues. I have more faith in this one, then in other coin. Although suncoin looks nice, not very known and diff < 1. But thats more for mine and dump (quick profit). Why? Instamined coin.

Every coin has its downs > premine, instamine, no fair launch, too much coins, to little coins etc etc. Except KDC. Although the dilution is a thing to be weary of, its just for this period in the coins existence. After first blackhalving we'll see they become harder to get and dont forget that only 19.9 million are to be made in total.

Because of all the FUD spread in here recently, I start to believe more and more. That FUD is here for a reason ppl. To scare you out of your KDC for undervalued prices. Much FUD means much interest in this coin. Why bother with a coin or spread fud when you have no ties with it?

Like, do you see yourself trolling a random other coin topic to scare ppl without any reason? You probaly only do that when you have something to gain.

Remember this when you see a "scary", "sell all your coins now", "it's dying" comment again.

Done with my thoughts and typing for now Smiley. Cheerio.

Everyone on this site are all bagholders.  LOL.

I just have one thing to say.  If you liked KDC at 15,000 then you have to LOVE it at 5,000.  Buy more now while you still can and if you cant buy more, then mine it because you are getting double triple KDC's then you were a week ago.

So you still like KDC longterm?

Long-term?  No, i still believe that KDC fundamentally has no chance to reach a dollar.  Picture this in your mind visually, For KDC to reach a dollar, it will have to break a 10 million sell wall along the way up to a dollar.  Im not even remotely seeing a possible scenario that comes close. But I do believe that it has a possibility with dev support to reach 15,000 maybe 20,000 if everything goes right.  So, at this level its not bad, plus I need to average down.  LOL I picked up another 10,000 KDC at 4100 sometime when I was sleeping.  If it goes down to the threes by weekend I will buy some more again.  At this level, its a decent investment if you feel it can double or triple.  But I would never buy it again at 10,000 or above.  Just being honest, so please dont attack me.  Im still supporting KDC, I just set different expectations for the coin is all.
