Thanks, that's at least a reason and I understand the problem now. But you should comment such things on your website! Just writing "Maintenance" for several days is not going to help anybody. There were a lot of problems with the last mandatory Gridcoin update and many people (including me) could not sync to the top of the blockchain anymore. There were/are discussions on GitHub about this severe issue, see https://github.com/gridcoin/Gridcoin-Research/issues/254 and https://github.com/gridcoin/Gridcoin-Research/issues/256The main "solution" as discussed in issue 254 was to download an unofficial snapshot, that included all valid blocks and not the ones from the fork(s) on the network. But I don't know if this is applicable for you as an exchange. EDIT: I'm referring to the snapshots on https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B16UEVFqxiRyV1pVSERyd2hxWlk , which were posted in issue 254. Just had to delete the 'database' folder from it (if it's still there) and it worked for most people in that discussion.

I replied to that ticket and of course am not satisfied with the answer because today is the sixth day passed without any concrete solution. Six days of wallet mantainance therefore six day passed since I deposited but deposit still not showing up. If you were me would you be satisfied?

I deposited some thousand RBIES on my C-CEX depo address and even if transaction showed up correctly in blockexplorer those coins never reached my balance. I wrote a support ticket, fullfilling all the required information, more than 36 hours ago but I'm still waiting for an answer from support. Is it "normal" for their service standard or is there something weird going on? Anyone from support/staff follow this thread? Yes of course. It turns out that ccex these days cant be trusted anymore. So risky that we dont know when will be the coin last, delisting without notice. Throw in the home of shitcoins. Ccex only care about developers fee and not with the customer's security. I dont understand about the current issue of HMP, it seems that there is an inside job happened. I also lose in XIN not unless they will bring it back to trading. But now, me and my friends are now shifting to Trex and polo. Its hard to lose over and over again with that stupid system they have now. Ccex now is worse than yoshit. So guyz be careful, the known friendly exchange now become NOT SECURED!!
