Some "short maintenance", what does long maintenance look like - 6 months?

Finally, c-cex is back

C-Cex is such a crap exchange. They put up a notice saying 'We are doing maintenance for 5-20 minutes' and disappear for a full half a day. No explanation on Twitter or on here to reassure traders with their hard-earned $$$ stuck in their dodgy little exchange. So incredibly unprofessional. I am immediately withdrawing all my Bitcoin. I do not trust this company.

Add to that their coin de-listing scam whereby they force coin owners to pump volume through their exchange in order to stop coins being de-listed. Suddenly the ransom has doubled from 0.2 bitcoin volume per day to 0.4 volume per day. No explanation given. I suppose they just felt like squeezing a little more cash out of the developers whose coins keep them in business. Real classy.

This exchange thoroughly sucks. If you have any choice - any choice at all - use a different exchange instead.

Do not panic because of maintenance.
The exchange has been functioning for many years, and has always returned to the online marketplace.

Hey, any idea on what I should do...

Tried withdrawing, received the withdrawal email - attempt to click (either) link and it comes up with:

"Sorry, you withdraw too fast. Please, try again later"

...have now tried later and still nothing.

Attempted to contact support, which seems automated, so getting no luck. Any ideas what I should do?

Thanks v much in advance.

write a ticket and wait for an explanation of support.
Try to describe the problem as accurately as possible and the topic name

Getting tired of this SHITTY exchange. A lot of the time I can not access even the most basic funtions like my balances view or the ledger as it is called there. Getting bad gateway more often than I like. What are they using as a server there - a 286 from the 80's?

Fix your shitty exchange or just close it down.

Have attempted to - it keeps responding with what seems like an autoresponding, telling me I have to click the withdraw link...

So I respond saying, when I do - it comes up with "Sorry, you withdraw too fast..."

Any thoughts, feel I've completely lost this?
