they won't do anything, I have same problems since 2 days and they didn't do anything. Hope they will return for real on 20 january, but my dubts are legit..

Today I can't login.
It writes "Authorization - User not found or account disabled"
I create ticket and also write a letter to support, but still (>2h) have no answer.
Anybody had same troubles? Any ideas?

I can't seem to withdrawal my crypto. And now a 'limit' maintenance period until the 20th of January? I want my crypto moved ASAP. I will keep bothering you until I get my crypto back.

C-CEX holidays vacations!

From December, 20 till approximately January 20 we will switch to "limited service" mode for New Year vacations.

We will: provide trading service, API trading service, C-CEX codes creation and redeeming, fiat deposits and withdrawals.
We will not: provide all cryptocoin and tokens deposits and withdrawals, support ticket service.

If you need your cryptocurrency to trade here or elsewhere during "limited service" period - please, deposit or withdraw it before December, 20. Please, do not send any deposits during "limited service" period as they will not be posted to balances.

We will resume normal service after January, 20. We may resume normal service earlier.

Happy upcoming holidays!!!


Lets hope that during your vacation you will stop those disappointing mantainances after which nothing seems to have changed compared to before it.

I won't lie, I'm a bit worried...  I can see that the coin has not left the exchange, and at this point I'm ok with that; I would just like to have it back in my account where I can buy/sell with it on the exchange...  

i hope that Yuri and the people who work there may be able to do that for us before Jan 20th...  I have 292k of XVG in purgatory, if it hits even $0.50 that stands to be a -lot- of money that could be lost if I can't manipulate it during that time...  I see a lot of prevalent people talking about Yuri in a good light, so I have hope that this will end up ok and that my coin isn't lost forever (in the C-CEX chat I saw folk talking about the XVG transfer system being broken for a few days now, so it's not an isolated thing), but man, the idea that they left the entire site to run in a limp mode with no support for an entire month is pretty balls-to-the-wall in my mind, and due to errors on their site it has potential to cost me a lot of money...

If anyone knows Yuri and Co. and can tell us stories about how wonderful they are I would love to hear them, if nothing else for some peace of mind right now...  Tongue

After failed withdraw my XVG coins disappeared from my balance. I have opened ticket: 532718 and they c-cex answered me "Hello! We see some issues with XVG withdrawals. We will look deeper into this problem after Jan, 20. All withdrawals served by now. All failed withdrawals were returned to balance.".

My XVG haven't returned to my balance.
I have no option to post a reply in the ticketing system.
I have DOGE in my balance but I don't have withdraw button.

C-CEX going on a vacation 30 days and before that they have practically disabled withdraws.

I think this is a robbery and c-cex are thieves and this story with a vacation when all of your clients have serious problems is fake.

This is the only explanation of this  situation.

I don't know if there are a way to sue them for what they are doing.

Ok, so the plot thickens... 

After ~7 hours the site is back up, but XVG is gone; it’s not an option as a coin and EVERYONES XVG is missing... 

I’m at a loss for words...  I can only hope that we get our coin back when Yuri or whomever comes back from vacation ONE MONTH from now, and that this forced HODL pays some serious dividends...  This whole situation is incredibly unprofessional, it’s completely unacceptable and absurd to be so negligent with other people’s financials; but I’m beyond all of that, I just want To know that I will get my coin back safe and sound...  At least the site is up, which give me hope that they didn’t just up and leave never to return...
