c-cex Nxt coin deposit does not approve, does anyone have the same problem, also does not allow support ticket formation

I have the same issue, I have deposited NXT to C-CEX wallet but didn't get yet even with thousands of confirmations on NXT explorer, the Txid is 8692971760233590352
Also, the Support queue is full, can't create ticket.

Yes i will contact him but i think we will just waste time, we must sue this scammer Yuriy Ivanov (owner of this scam c-cex), i will start a website in the next few days and spread the word to collect all the emails and start the legal actions (i already lost 30k+ because of that i don't care about the fees and after we will split the fees between users) and i can travel etc..

How can you say something so stupid ? Yes they are problems on xvg withdrawals (and others) or else we will not be here (hundreds of users and twitter etc)..

It's been more than one month, and it's not just delays, as you can see before they clearly avoid the question about xvg wallet and no communication at all.

I've a problem with deposits too!

I made a deposit two days ago on HEAT Ledger, the transaction appears correctly on the block explorer ( https://heatwallet.com/#/explorer-results/transactions/9119519580029647975 ), C-Cex has indexed the block in which it is but it hasn't credited the amount.

Of course, they logged in here yesterday ,they saw the message and said nothing, c-cex is a scam, even in the screenshots they saw the message in their chat, didn't replied and banned somebody, now they couldn't tell "it has been hacked" it's too late they don't know what to do...
Maybe the scammer Yuri and his team are trying to make money on the others coins to keep up appearances (xvg was the one of the hotest trade back then) but the volume is really low.. and it's gonna be worse if they continue like this...
What they don't understand is when you play with such amounts of moneys from people and do shady stuffs like this it will always end bad one time or another... THIS IS NOT their personal money.

We must stick together, spread the word and take actions so it can end since these c-cex scammers doesn't even take 30 seconds to update us but take the time to ban people, log in and to list new coins on their exchange.

You were exaggerating, the doge withdrawals are working now and for some other coins too, so no... But my concern is for XVG and i thought this was just poorly managed (since like the start) but now i'm sure they are doing a Ponzi scheme and stole the money from all xvg users...
Now they are silent because they don't know what to do (i think they are trying to get back the money for old users with the money of the new users, but the volume is low) or else they will go forever and never fix it but i will never give up and start legal actions.
