The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Just wanted to say the web wallet and connecting online gaming to it is a damn good idea. It's definitely a good step in making use of a cryptocurrency for real world applications. So many other coins out there frankly have no use to them at all other than for trading. This could really become big if prominent gaming companies and the enormous number of gamers out there start to adopt this idea.
You guys are doing awesome as new devs. Keep up the great work!

Thanks. Once the games engine API is firmed up and we begin to get more traction behind Coin(O) we will start to engage with Indi Game developers as well. Keep an eye on this space going forward, it's going to get exciting Your Coin(O) Community Team

Just few of mine thoughts about coino future First off all please excuse me if I say something wrong cause I'm not native English speaker It is excellent idea to offer something else on web wallet than just a web wallet (gaming), but how people can get coino's? a) by mining b) buying on exchange But what about those that don't want (know hot to) mine, or those don't want to hassle with exchanges? I have few suggestions: 1. Advertise coino web wallet as gaming platform (maybe do this latter when more games are added), and on creation give free 50 coinos to play with (just same as those gambling sites are giving "free" euros or USD) 2. NOw when people are addicted to games they need to top up coinos. Of course now we are having problem with exchanging coino to real money. Here is what I suggest: a) get an agreement with an exchange or b) make own exchange and do exchange on this way: sell orders: 1. 100 coinos - price 1$ 2. 200 coinos - price 1,1$ 3. 120 coinos - price 1,2$ person wants to buy 370 coinos and price for him/her is 1,091892$ Payment is done via paypall or with something else. That way coino is not only crypto to mine (100 000 people is interested) but it is also currency that is used for online gaming (milions of people interested) And last but not least : find German marketing agency to advertise coino I hope you guys understood what I was saying.

Thanks for your feedback We have considered the sale of coino for fiat but there are significant regulatory issues involved in this so it will not be possible for the Coin(O) Community Team to offer this any time soon. Obviously registered exchanges could do that as they already deal with fiat currencies and we will be speaking with a few of them later about this very issue. Due to Paypal's policies it will not be possible to sell Coino via Paypal without violating there terms of use, so this will probably not be possible any time soon either. That just leaves us with the mining and trading options and we are aware that both of these are somewhat barriers to non-crypto users. However, having a Web Wallet does remove the need for users to have a wallet on there local machines and they will not need to keep it synced to the blockchain. They can also currently sign up to a mining pool and have Coin(O) transferred automatically when they reach a pre-determined amount just by having a miner installed and configured on their machine. So, we will do our best to make the mining pool option as easy as possible for them, even if that means we need to build our own mining pool with reasonable defaults where they only need there wallet address to join. We will also try to support as many GPU's and configurations as possible using a tool that has already been built by one of the members of the Coin(O) community. This will all start to happen once we begin to release more games into the wallet. Your Coin(O) Community Team

Dear Dev Team,
how is the process with a new thread?
But also a big thank you for your good work!
A new Simple Single Page web site will be going up over the next few days at http://www.coinocoin.comThis will initially be nothing fancy, no bells and whistles just a place we can start to call home and hang our hats As soon as this site goes up we will start to create new accounts on bitcointalk, twitter, Google+, Facebook etc and we will create a new IRC channel where we will also have administration rights. This thread will then become a new ANN and we will try to get the bitcointalk admins to disable this thread and point to the new one. We are aware that there is confusion and frustration from new visitors that follow the links and downloads from the first post here. Unfortunately, we have no administration rights in this thread to make changes and we can't make people read 180+ pages of posts to see whats going on. We apologise to ALL of those that find themselves on the wrong block chain and with the wrong wallets by following links on other websites and on the first post here. But we hope you can understand that we have had more immediate pressing issues to deal with up until now and your continued support for Coin(O) is VERY important to us. As you may have noticed over the last few weeks, the hash rate on the Coin(O) network has been rising slowly, but steadily. Occasionally we get hit by multi pools for a while due to the fact that Coin(O) starts to creep up the profitability ladder, thus attracting the Pump 'n' Dump miners. Until now, we have been doing our best to give people a reason to want to own and aquire Coin(O) and the gaming engine is a core part of that. This one thing makes Coin(O) stand out from the crowd at the moment and has starting to get Coin(O) noticed again by the wider community. This along with the constant update of the network stats makes the Coin(O) WebWallet unique among ALL other AltCoin web wallets. Although, the ultimate goal of any alt coin, and certainly Coin(O)'s initial goal, should be to become accepted as a payment option for retail outlets, the reality is that unless there is significant stability in price and a reasonable market cap that will not happen. To get to this goal over time, we are looking at alternative options to get Coin(O) there and the gaming engine is the first step in this process. So remember http://www.coinocoin.com is where it is all happening, and this will be the centre of our new Universe Happy mining You're Coin(O) Community Team

Hi All I have recently had a couple of private PM's from miners who have been mining Coin(O) on the wrong block chain with the old wallet asking me if I can help them get their unconfirmed coins into their updated wallet. I suspect these miners are Solo Mining as we are unaware of any pools running the outdated wallet. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this. It is not possible to have coins mined on the old block chain 'moved over' or 'confirmed' onto the new block chain. We have done our best to ensure miners were aware of the update required and to out knowledge all pools and exchanges are on the correct blockchain with the correct wallet. So the situation is, if you have been mining on the old block chain, any coins mined since the 7th April 2014 are now gone and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you are using the correct wallet software downloaded from http://www.coinocoin.com and NOT from any other loaction Your Coin(O) Community Team

Hello everyone, Recently I have been really getting into coinO and would like to make a physical coinO coin (like cascasicus, but on a smaller budget). The coins would be the coinO logo with the amount in the middle of the O. The back would have a raised area with the private code, the private code would have a scratch-off hologram on it. The coins would be made of aluminum or gold coulored copper. actually if interest was great enough they can be made of sterling silver or even gold!
Interested? reply, let me know what you think (constructive criticism welcome)
