I downloaded exactly that file, tried 3 browsers, all the same.
I also have 10.9.2. I tried renaming the file as well, but its all the same error. Sorry, I dont know!!

I can assure you that the link you provided in a previous post worked for me. I deliberately do not have the dev tools or required libraries installed on my Mac OSX 10.9 MBP.

The original one complained because the required libraries were not packaged. But this version does have all the required libraries packaged

Thanks, after downloading and unpacking the zip, launching .app I get a dialoge box saying
"Coino-Qt" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash."

KGW was implemented yesterday, some exchanges (and users) had issues with legacy wallets.

And with coinmarket.io beeing offline and cryptorush taking Coino in maintenance this morning, poloniex got hacked for $50.000 worth of BTC.
This leaves two of the 3 "public announced" exchanges, useless at the moment.
And the last are doubtfull for some to use still, eventhough it does not seem like altcoins are effected by the hack.

swisscex have added CON/BTC also, and votes are still going in to other exchanges.
So it is not all bad news and feces
