Lol!
Hey, I haven't been around here for a while, do I have to update to the latest wallet or will my coins be safe just left as is on the original wallet?

backup wallet.dat (copy/paste in windows works, modifies the name for u so takes 3 seconds)

then away you go on the new wallet.

I did this and all was good.

Hi,

I have already installed the last wallet over the old one... but when trying to sync I get this error at the bottom of the wallet:

It doesn't sync anymore...  Huh

The disk has several GB of free space so there is no problem with that.

please help!

Hi, have you already tried the solution I suggested on previous pages?
p.149 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=419873.msg5564800#msg5564800
p.150 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=419873.msg5571165#msg5571165
btw, vcoinminer0938 and barabashko, did it solved the issue for you guys?

I was using Windows wallet... removing all except wallet.dat and relaunching wallet seems to work for me Cheesy

thanks!

Thank you for your patience and well wishes guys.  My wife and I are home from the hospital with a beautiful baby girl!

Stratum is back online, sorry for the downtime and inability to get it taken care of while I was away. I will leave fees at 0% for a couple days for the inconvenience.

Hey all..
 Huh
Anyone have advice for the new Windows wallet?

I updated and now I'm no longer receiving mined coino from automatic deposits and I lost my entire wallet balance in "Unconfirmed" instead of in my balance.  I've completely removed the application other than my backup of my wallet and coino.conf file.  Nothing seems to be working with this new Windows wallet...

If I can't get it working soon, I'm out about 1,000 Coino!  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

new wallet error, there is plenty of space more then 100gb

Looks like you are on the bad fork. Backup your wallet.dat file, remove everything else. Then let you wallet resync. Hope it helps. Wink

Appreciate it if we can we get slightly more precise instructions, im having the same issue.

I had this issue too, but I am on Mac wallet, and I tried delete wallet, re-sync, and anything that I know.
But just can't make it works. Sad

If rough, save wallet.dat and coino.conf. Remove remaining in "%appdata%/coino"(windows). Run coino-qt.exe. Close coino-qt.exe. Reinsert wallet.dat and coino.conf. Run coino-qt.exe. Sync.

Thank you this appears to be working...

A couple of very important things.

1. con.dedicatedpools is capable of 51% attacks on Coino. Spread out to poolers or some other pool.

2. Go post on this thread to add Coino to the poll:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=502363.0
These guys are nice since they are not emphasizing bribes, but votes on the forum.

3. This coin is going to suffer for a long time if we don't get on a major exchange. It sucks that the major exchanges have taken a coercion stance on admitting new coins, but it is a necessary evil to bribe them. Cryptsy and Mintpal are the ones to target. At the end of the day, everyone has a Cryptsy account, whether they like it or not.

What I fear though is that people are not bribing, since the coino team have said that they were going to bribe once KGW has initialized, but not a thing has happened. I believe a detailed update on the situation is needed.

so Bribe/Vote
https://www.cryptsy.com/coinvotes
https://www.mintpal.com/voting 3 votes (6 if registered) per hour
https://www.allcrypt.com/voting 10 votes per day.

Yup I am out 2000. Glad I checked it after 21 hours or it might have been bad. Apparantly dedicatedpools thought he had updated the wallet but then had to fix it. I wonder if coino.info also has thought to have have updated but didn't. Either way anyone mining there please post if you actually are getting your coins. If not keep messaging the admin because he doesn't seem to be responding at all.

Come on everybody...

Give poolers your congratulations and your hashes Smiley

This is a great pool and we as a community need to ensure that the network hash is spread around a bit more than it is.

I will never pump and dump this coin. This is the best core group of miners and good feed back from devs and their representatives. If anything I have been doing light altmining so I can buy up the coino that others seem to think they should sell. Smiley Keep it up and I will continue to buy.

Well people....

MintPal has changed the voting scheme for coins Huh?

"due to the recent abuse of the system by bots, only registered users with a trade history are permitted to vote for coins. Every user is limited to 5 (five) votes per hour."

This buggers me up as I don't have a trading history on MintPal and I suspect a lot of you don't either Sad
