I've had a open ticket since October 21st. No response. Not even a initial one. LOL. They are so fucked up. This really makes me hate that everyone is jumping onto the bitcoin bandwagon now. Since this, all exchanges have turned to PURE SHIT!

Lets see....Poloniex took 4-5 months to fix my case a while back, but they did in the end. Bittrex took a month ? something like that, probably a bit more since they messed up the accounts, and they fixed it. Cryptopia runs great, but I never needed to use their support. The exchanges will fix your shit, but it'll take a long time. I would get worried/panic time about exchanges if you have actual widespread withdrawal problems.

Bittrex took a month ? something like that, probably a bit more since they messed up the accounts, and they fixed it. Cryptopia runs great, but I never needed to use their support. The exchanges will fix your shit, but it'll take a long time. I would get worried/panic time about exchanges if you have actual widespread withdrawal problems.
Cryptopia has misplaced my CLAM deposit and their support system says please allow two weeks... But still no word from Poloniex either.

I just understand why they are blocking deposit !
On the date of the deadline, legacy accounts will be placed in a state where:
Trading and lending will be disabled; Open orders will be closed; Loans will have auto-renew switched off; Margin positions will be given an 8 week wind-down period where they can only be diminished or closed. After the 8 week wind-down period, they will be closed; Deposit addresses will be revoked. Any deposits sent to a revoked address will not be recoverable until the account is fully verified; Withdrawals will remain enabled at the daily withdrawal limits prior to the deadline.
And so they will be able to legaly steal our funds... Chicken thieves.

They sometimes buy shitcoins, sit on them for years and wait for them to pump, then send them to an exchange address they wrote down years ago.

Just read the notice on Poloniex. I must say it's much better than Bittrex, they won't even block users from withdrawing their funds, while Bittrex won't even update the fact that you're not allowed to withdraw, or even the reasons why you can't withdraw, and from what I've been reading and experiencing, they won't even email you back when you email them about not being able to withdraw (keep in mind that at first you have no idea what's going on). It sucks that I will have to send them my ID in order to get all my money out and use another exchange. And I rather not use Bittrex again simply because the way in which they are handling this just feels very, very shady, that it really does not make me trust what they would do with users information. Look at how Poloniex actually gives you a warning, versus complete secrecy by Bittrex.
I completely agree. Despite the lack of support, poloniex did not block accounts as Bittrex did. If an account was blocked, there was always an opportunity to make a withdrawal. That I appreciate!

has anyone gone through the "Profile Verification" process from Legacy to Verified? are those input forms on that page the only data that we need to provide? or is there step 2... 3... photo id, bank account, etc and so on before fully verified

On my second day of "Awaiting Approval" for my Bitcoin withdraws... I'm unable to cancel during this time and the whole bit.
Totally in the dark on how or why this happened as well. Horrible customer services as normal.
My account is fully verified, 2fa and same IP.

Try pass verification from a smartphone. It took me 15 min! How do you complete your verification? I have tried on my phone, macbook, pc nothing works. When I completed the verification it does not change to pending. But it says your verification has been submited. When I try again it says just your verification has expired WTF? Support still does not answer been 3 weeks like this..... need help asap..

#1. Poloniex still hasn't verified my personal account after 6 months.
#2. Poloniex won't respond to multiple ticket requests over the last quarter trying to get verified.
#3. Poloniex won't verify my account, and won't allow me to remove my tokens from Poloniex in one bulk transfer.
#4. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. 24 days and counting since my last support ticket request and no response.
