Create a Support Ticket http://poloniex.freshdesk.com/ 14:00 back and the answer is still no
is this normal? where a support?

I would caution people against using poloniex. I recently had a locked out email account and went to several exchanges to update my new email address. Mintpal updated my account in less than 2 hours. So far with poloniex it has been 36 hours+ and the reply I got was to check my locked out email inbox for instructions. So let me get this right, >>I am supposed to access a locked out email account to update my email?<< The level of stupid @ poloni support is astonishing. Thanks Angela you are doing a great job over there!

I wouldn't update your email address either. Who's to say you are who you're saying you are? The problem is you and your locked email account, not the exchange.

This is why all exchanges have procedures to verify who is real and who is trying to scam the exchange or other customers. Mintpal was able to verify my credentials in less than two hours. poloniex in the same situation has done jack shit in 2 days. This is the whole point. It's about customer service. Some business owners understand that.
"In a nutshell, the network works like a distributed timestamp server, stamping the first transaction to spend a coin. It takes advantage of the nature of information being easy to spread but hard to stifle." -- Satoshi

Like if nobody cautioned against it time and again during the last months...

People just won't listen and use it anyway, people will lose money, their fault, so far so good.

Agreed, terrible and rude support, seems they are doing you a favour letting you use their exchange.

I had very nice experience with support. Angela, in particular, if I remember correctly. Had stuck transaction - resolved in minutes. Sure it's barely comparable to your problem, but I believe support is good in general. That's simply your case is specifically uncommon.

Website is super slow. It's almost never opening from mobile devices, and even PC version works very slow and buggy (currently Markets tab not working properly).

Additionally if you're logged in and switching to the "Home" tab you will be requested to login for no reason (but you would be able to return back to Exchange and operate without problems).

poloniEx is unreachable most of the time these days  Undecided

And often when a page starts to load it'll be incomplete (order book empty, etc.)

Tell me about it, what is up with their servers Huh With 1000 BTC daily volume you'd think they can pay for some bandwidth
