And here's the thing: they're going to start buying corporate bonds now as well. That means the free-money paradigm just got extended from banks to businesses. Anyone can just type up some corporate bonds, give them to the ECB and get free money in return  

Also they've come up with this thing called a TLTRO (Long Term Bank Lending Program) which I think is a back door bailout for Deutche bank. Means that banks can deposit at a negative interest rate (which is bad ) but borrow at an EVEN MORE NEGATIVE INTEREST RATE !!! - which is good   But then they've got to deliver on the bonds when they mature    No problem - just borrow from the ECB at the zero-interest, free money refinancing rate and buy them back 

So everyone's gonna be shuffling free worthless paper around the place to keep game alive which will get the ECB their velocity back and maybe even their sacred 2% inflation rate which is what they're tasked with acheiving.

Q. Why are they doing this ?

A. Because all the QE and low interest rate policies of the last 5 years haven't worked. The Eurozone is still spiralling down the deflationary plughole. So they obviously need to do more of what's not working cos the reason it hasn't worked is they just haven't done enough of it.

Maybe your source was confused? Because we definitely were not trading on BTC38 until very recently. They use to have an informational page about Dash since forever, but no real trading pair until now.  Which is a nice development should help with Chinese access to coins.

LoL - Some of that stuff is hilarious given what goes on in these forums.

For example, the bit about "bot controlled responses" strikes a chord. I've often thought that the iCEBREAKER account was such an operative. I've noticed that half the time it can't even be bothered engaging with the run of the thread too deeply and just issues one of many stock responses worded slightly differently - as if he's just come in from work and has 5 minutes duty time to assign to the Dash thread before heading off to watch a football match with some pals and a crate of beer.

I thought to myself before I could write some code to do that (and did in fact offer that service to said operative I think at one point)  

Notice that the iCEBREAKER account also consistently promotes ""honeypot" privacy solutions that depend totally on trust (because the blockchain isn't visible and publicly verifiable) where the NSA has more backdoors than a city centre brothel so they can see everything and "the people" can see nothing, as opposed to "anonymity in plain sight" that is in fact far more threatning to centralised authoritarian tendencies.

I can totally see why such forces would want to subvert a technology like Dash which delivers exactly that most authentic authoritarian-resistant of all monetary properties which has already stood the test of time for thousands of years.

Of course, said operative can always prove me wrong by inviting Tante out to dinner in person, hosted by bigrcanada who can provide sommelier services all night long until tongues are suitably relaxed to tok-the-truth

BTC38 is counted for volume on CMC, you can look at DOGE for example that is their primary source for volume. I have requested CMC to add the new BTC38  DASH/BTC pair to our stats. Hopefully they do that soon.

LOL, thank you for that.  Sometimes I wonder about fate.  I really think Bitcoin arrived just in time to catch the fall of the world's financial meltdown.  I mean, it did grow out of the beginning of the end (2008) so maybe it's not fate, just the push that was needed to find a solution.  Still, with this thriving infrastructure, we may have Mr. Nakamoto to thank if there is no World War III.  Of course, not telling what our governments will do in desperation when they see their control slipping away.

Looks like the markets changed their minds on Draghi Unlimited Supply coin (DUSC. coinmarketcap=0). Apparently a journalist asked him if he had plans to discount the price down below zero BTC, to minus BTC in the future and he said he didn't foresee it. (Probably because it would put it below "LeCoin" at Nº 692 and it'd be hard to find).

And with that remark they did a brisk about turn and started running at 100 miles per hour in the other direction...
