It has to dip to let new entrants into the reserve market. It can dip some more if it likes because there are plenty of partially funded nodes that are waiting to be fully funded.

No, it was some technical glitch. During the time it was stuck, if you looked at the JSON data, you could see that there were a couple of trades with a wrong date stamp. Oct 3 to be exact. So in the last few months, it ignored all other data because it believed it to be too old. Now that we've passed the timestamps of the invalid entries, it's moving again.

But why was this glitch IP country-based?

You'd have to ask them that. I would guess that they use different api servers per geographic region and only one of them had the error, but I don't know how their infrastructure is set up

Don't want to be annoying, but we need 100% please  When mixing hits an older version, it's like hitting a brick wall, and standing there stunned until rescue workers come and help you get back on your feet again, only to hit another wall, or not.  Currently there is a 70% chance of clearing, but that means a 30% chance of hitting a wall.  Lets remove those walls, eh? Looks like one-half of a V-bottom and we may or may not be in the "muddy trench". We already had one V-bottom recently so, if it completed then this would be the second. Volume has dropped right off but you never know - you could always get the phantom 1k dumper dropping their threshold and filling that order at 0.09 which would push it down a bit more.
