At the rate dash is falling im standing aside for a while to acquire more BTC, then buy more when DASH has a turn around. I about crapped my pants seeing dash at .0069 on Polo

LoL. The time to do that was a couple of months ago.

There are 4 phases:

[1] - a growth phase from alt coin fundamentals (we had that)

[2] - a consolidation phase from profit taking (we had that)

[3] - a devaluation phase from bitcoin rally

[4] - a revaluation phase if [3] gets far enough to attract new capital into cryptos (any diversification at all of new capital will boost the alt-BTC ratio)

[5] - return to [1]

Right now we're in [3]. Probably the worst place to sell (unless you can day trade yourself out of a loss which some people can).

I'm not selling any dash, I'm just holding off buying since the USD value dipped quite a bit, was buying when it was holding its value. Either way I got masternodes running too so that's only going to continue my accumulation  .

have you ever considered moving out of this (toxic) message board? is really that worthy to keep your presence on this horrible forum?
i've lost all my interest in altcoins because of bitcointalk.
and actually keeping myself out of this place i've been able to continue my projects and find my passion back.
there's nothing good in here anymore.

probably at the moment forum.bitcoin.com is (?) a better place, or focus on getting more people on your own dashtalk

This is our thread, and we will continue posting here in a non moderated way. Because we have the right to do it and some low-minded un bullies can't stop us. Trollig should be banned from bitcointalk.  

Moreno people can troll and FUD 24/7 the next 2 years if they want. This is good way for lurkers and newcomers to understand the kind of toxic community they have

And yes, I am talking again about the Monero Community. The day you begin to ask Icetroller et al. to stop trolling here and in the altcoin discussion section, that day I will begin to consider the Monero community a civilized community.

For first ever time I've put some people on ignore.. ah I have to say ... it really is better without icebreaker, yourmother and adamwhite.

smoothie I don't believe you troll but i do wonder why your obsession hanging around here tho, but its all good.

I am a fan of anonymity and privacy and was naturally lead to the likes of Dash and Monero because of this. So far I view Dash as the best in this space. Innovation in Dash is exceptional I'm seeing things no other coin is doing. With Monero I have a few doubts, is it a clone of bytecoin or does it bring new stuff too? Anyway to me Monero seems a bit stuck, I couldn't even manage to run a node as it kept crashing my router and last time I looked the last binaries were very old. Compiling latest version didn't help me either. Maybe when it matures a bit it'll be a better prospect.

Anyway I don't want to start a flame war but since so many monero fans inhabit this forum thought it might be fun to have a comparison of the two.

Perhaps I'll buy some Monero when I finally know how to hold it off exchange. At the moment I'm thinking more along lines of buying more Dash though.

If anything, confidence has only grown now that they've had over a year to throw everything they had at this project without  causing even a wobble.

The Dash project has a very exciting future. The trolls only have the past to chew away on. That is a major weakness and is one of the reasons you've seen the desperation there's been in their posts of late.

They've tried for a year to make the launch of Dash into a question of legitimacy rather than one of valuation - they failed.

They've tried for a year to convince holders that they were somehow 'scammed' - they failed.

They've tried to promote a flotilla of competing altcoins over Dash - right in this thread using, availing themselves of  it's unmoderated status - they even failed there and most of them are now to be floundering in the bottom half of coinmarketcap.com's listings.

After all that, whatever marketcap Dash now has going into its next big development phase, you can be sure it's well earned and well tested.

DASH budget information network (DBIN) - php and javascript dev wanted!

Dashwhale.org allows proposal owners to present and describe their proposals. Masternode owners can comment and discuss on a proposal, to form a common opinion. Multiple proposal descriptions and discussion on different websites leads to loss of information and should be avoided.

To counter this problem, we are happy to release the DBIN-API, to allow any website to integrate DASH proposal information and comments effortless. This gives a external website up-to-date, newsworthy content increasing retention of website users. Only when a user wants to post a comment, he is deeplinked to the respective Dashwhale comment section.

We want to distribute the proposal information to as many DASH related as well as unrelated websites (news sites, blogs, forums) or mobile apps as possible. This increases DASH public awareness in general and to some extend decentralizes the proposal information.

this is not just trolling, this is an "organized trolling".

of course smart people know and are able to do their own researches.
but lots of newcomers/noobs get a wrong/bad idea about dash and that's not easy to change back.

even if is the most popular crypto forum (now, maybe) if the situation doesn't change for better, it will be soon be abandoned by the mass for better places (new forums and platforms are popping up for a reason).

i would say fuck this forum, just use it for announcements and lead the abandon of this place (imho would be cool to see the most popular thread leaving and other follow)
