Hi all, Hoping someone can help me out with a missing transaction. Last Thursday I sent 20 dash to my Kraken account. It's an address I successfully deposited to previously :- https://explorer.dash.org/address/XtSsd5GaEzZekc5Zo5Q6NH5475jYxabFFyHowever, this time it didn't hit. No joy from Kraken, but if it's not on the blockchain thats understandable. I'm guessing I'm using an old dash wallet (Ver 0.12.3.2) and its been sent to an old blockchain? Therefore my only hope is to get kraken to send it back using an old wallet too. Whats strange is the amount of confirmations. Please Help!!! What currently happened with altcoins remind me what happened with bitcoin in 2018, when everyone wanted to sell bitcoin even when its price fell to around $4,000 range. So, now we all learned lesson from bitcoin. If you sell your coins now, will you have enough determination to buy them back even when they falls deeper? Or will you keep hesitate like what you did with bitcoin? That's the point to determinantly make your decisions, now, and for future benefits from your investments. In DASH, I belief, as always.

No joy from Kraken, but if it's not on the blockchain thats understandable.

Well what does the Blockheight say in your Wallet? If it is not equal to what the dash blockchain explorer on the web says then you are on a wrong blockchain and likely executed the send there. If so make a backup of your wallet just for the case something goes wrong. Then update your dash wallet to the latest version v14. Delete the whole blockchain (all the folders where your wallet.dat is located) and have it reload/resynch the whole blockain by starting your wallet again. If I am not wrong you will find the missing coins sitting happly and ready to be spend in your wallet on the correct blockchain. But I am not an expert and I might be wrong. |

Looks like one of these cryptocoins is definetely not having a good day. Dash on the other hand and most other altcoins seems to be going sideways for now, staying relatively stable under Bitcoin's rising price. (not gaining much, but also not losing much)  Also look at the number of active addresses of Dash, we are getting closer to Litecoin with regards to number of active addresses. |

Such things are necessary for the coming growth. I am so happy to see its happen today (massacre of altcoins). Altcoins, includes DASH, will start their growth soon. Think positively, and we will not get stress during such period of altcoins. Moreover, I like the provided information on active addresses of DASH. |

Dash Core CEO Details SEC Communication, Believes Dash Is Established As Not a Security Dash Core’s CEO Ryan Taylor outlined why he believes US regulators will not view Dash as a security.
In a recent episode of the Dash News podcast, Taylor detailed communications with the US Securites and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding Dash’s regulatory standing, saying that he believes the decentralized currency’s case is very strong, saying: “I think we have an extraordinary strong legal argument for why Dash is not a security, and I think that that message has landed.” While the Dash Core team pursued a no-action letter from the SEC, Taylor believes that the agency is very reluctant to directly issue them, and that the lack of an explicit letter should not be construed to mean that Dash’s regulatory status is still in question: |
