Dash will be standard app in smartphones?

Dash Core v1.0 (scheduled for testnet end of december 2019) will be supported on current mobile wallet apps of Android and iOS.
The Dash Evolution wallet app DashPay that was originally announced as a separate wallet app, will instead be supported directly on existing mobile native wallets.

This is a technical change from javascript based mobile wallet support to native based mobile wallet support. The reason for this is because native mobile wallets
showed sufficient native library support for Dash Core v1.0 and demonstrated they can handle it.

China previously started to looking into creating a national digital currency back in 2014 when the People’s Bank of China created a cryptocurrency research group and even their central bank’s governor, Zhou Xiaochuan, openly pondered creating a national digital currency. However, the progress appeared to slow when the Chinese government cracked down on Bitcoin mining operations during the 2017 price surge.

Do not worry about technology improvements, all you need to do is wait (years).
At the time of masternode implementation more than 51% of all available dash was in the hands of the dash entity and so always will be, until the end.
