I seem to have bricked my unit :/

I did the following:

Downloaded LAG3355_upgrade_v1.bin from the link.

Pressed upload onto the controller (the miners were running while i did this).

I waited untill the "everything is okay" screen came up.

I went up and removed power from the controller, waited ~5 sec, and turned power on again.

Thought the same. Did you upload the second bin file after that?

Nope. Cant. the controller is totally unresponsive now. just one very quick flash, followed by a 1 sec blue light.

Pretty sure. Theres no new lease on my DHCP server.

I've noticed that IPs don't always show up in my DHCP table.  I would recommend using AngryIP scanner to find all devices on your subnet and plug in any IPs you don't recognize into your browser.

Finally it is released.

Features:
Backup pools
Individual Gridseed miner frequency setting
Stripped, custom compiled OpenWrt (controller's OS) image optimized for size and speed
Stability is heavily emphasized and guaranteed! No more random reboots or crashes
Custom miner software, frequency selectable up to 1200 MHz and multithreaded
Advanced miner monitoring and management
Auto power cycle miners when one of the miners is stuck, this is done software wise and it has the same effect as unplugging, and plugging in the USB cable! (see note#1)
Up to 128 miners per controller, however due to memory limitations 40 is the max for 32MB RAM

Downloads:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/yeil9vamw1hil98/LAG3355_12-RC10.bin
https://www.dropbox.com/s/u4qg3t5v7g9blnv/LAG3355_upgrade_v1.bin
https://www.dropbox.com/s/2xvzhdnxacsziqs/LAG3355_upgrade_v2.bin

Installation:
DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LIGHTNINGASIC CONTROLLER, AS THIS WILL BRICK YOUR CONTROLLER.
DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK - I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU BRICK YOUR CONTROLLER.
1. Determine your firmware version, if it is v1 download the v1 upgrade bin (LAG3355_upgrade_v1.bin), v2 and above download the v2 upgrade bin (LAG3355_upgrade_v2.bin)
2. Proceed to the firmware upgrade page on your controller, this is http://your-controller-ip/update.php
3. Browse for either LAG3355_upgrade_v1.bin or LAG3355_upgrade_v2.bin (see step 1) and click on the update button to start updating
4. Wait until the page has stopped loading, if it doesn't automatically reboot you will need to power cycle your controller
5. If all is well you should be presented with another upgrade page, this is to upload the actual firmware.
6. Browse for LAG3355_12-RC10.bin and click the update button to start updating
7. See step 4
8. Voila! Enter your pool settings (specify 1 worker only), specify frequency and click on save and you are good to go!

Notes
1. Auto power cycle option will only work if you have connected your controller to an unpowered USB hub.
2. Charts are a bit buggy sometimes, it is recommended to turn it off if you are running with 20 or more miners.

Troubleshooting
To avoid any issues it's best that you are doing the updating process from Chrome and on a Windows 7 PC. Avoid Mac.
Don't rename any of the bin files, or it will fail to update.
If you can't reach the miners, the DHCP may have assigned a different IP, so please check with your router.
If you still can't find the IP, power cycle the controller and that should fix it.
"Failed to unpack" : try the other upgrade bin
"MD5 differs" : corrupted bin or clear your browser cache
Rejected shares? Make sure that you have filled in a single worker, or try a different pool, it may be picky.

Same here, been running all of my miners at 850 and it looks very stable.

Going to start playing around with the individual frequencies later today. See if I can get more out of them.

One seems to be a bit slower than the others. Anyone got suggestions? Should I increase or decrease frequency for it?

did you update your firmware?

I have not. I get an error when trying to load it that says something about it can't be unpacked. Saw from the other thread that there are more people who have the same problem.

The firmware is released, please see: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=554542.0

Yes but be careful.  I updated mine to v3 and there are two major problems that have totally idled by units as a result:

1) dual mining (sha256 + scrypt) is gone, it is 100% scrypt now

2) they v3 firmware seems to be very picky about which pools it works with.  I can tell you that multipool.us and wemineall.com do NOT WORK.  I need to find a new pool to test it but for now I am down.

Actually it's the other way around, some pools are just really picky, for example they mark perfectly valid shares as invalid, or just time out the stratum for no reason at all.

So does that mean that you do not get paid for the false invalid shares.
