I received my PMP swaps now after resolving some sync issues with my wallet. I'm mining (CPU only) from a couple machines and getting empty blocks as well. We are indeed off and running!

Ok kbroadfoot has the new PMP coins for the Swap and hes going to start sending them out tomorrow. Once you get your new coins we are going to need some help propagating the network at first so if you guys want to open your wallets for staking that would be helpful. Thanks!
First batch out... Received, thanks, and 20 blocks POS-mined so far, all of them empty. The new network is on. Thanks for mining... apparently there will be only 5000 POW blocks... then it is POS only after that... ( I think I got that right ) Yes thats right. Didn't see any point having that changed. Guys please if you are going to mine the PoW blocks keep your setgenerate true to 1 or 2. Do NOT use setgenerate true -1 or 7 or 8, etc. We need to keep the hashrate even as last night we had a slight orphan/fork issue. very delicate when there is only a couple miners.

Hey Guys just a daily reminder (yes, daily!) to stop by the Swap ANN and help us get the word out there. Tweet, facebook, whatever. If you know other PMC holders make sure they find the Swap ANN. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=665048

Speaking of tweets I just created PreminePlus on Twitter. Who can be trusted with managing it? I'd rather focus on other areas. We do need to tweet our new ANN at all the big crypto trading sites. Also any crypto related blogs or review sites. Volunteers?

Huh, I just mined a block with 0.00001 PMP in it. Is that intended? Already POS?

All the swap coins I send out require that as a transaction fee... you picked it up...

No response yet from Polo... I did collect my 250 or so coins by withdrawing directly to the burn address...

I believe so.. cryptofunds has a few as well as allcrypt but Poloniex is cheapest ( for now ) PMC is being traded by burn to PMP... Look here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=665048We will be GIVING away PMP starting July 1st... There will be an ANN to announce PMP so look out for it...

A surprisingly small amount of PMC has been swapped so far (only 37,000k). Less than 10% of all PMC in existence. This is extremely good for anyone who has swapped PMC for PMP as there will be a lower total amount, and therefor your PMP will be worth more.
edit: for potty mouth

And we have a problem.... You assholes had to mine the PoW blocks didn't you Slight issue, theres no one to propogate the network as I overestimated the number of people swapping and minting. Gonna release a new wallet to fix that issue in a little bit here. Will need everyone to switch over to the new wallet. This will be a mandatory upgrade. stay tuned

edit: heres the message I sent out to those that are running the wallet so far (I missed you elrapido and a couple others). hey guys, in order to compensate for the low amount of minting going on I've decided to extend the PoW window to propogate the network until more PMC is swapped. This is a mandatory update and we need to get everyone off the old wallet as soon as possible. https://mega.co.nz/#!HZpBmaKT!U_u3UrdgsGr1KOP14ptPhqoQR4fTit_K0wJK_JZJni8To ensure you have no left over remnants from the old wallet:Delete all the old files, replace with these. Go into your C:/ProgramData folder and delete the Boost_Interprocess folder just to be safe. In your Roaming/PreminePlus folder, delete everything but wallet.dat and premineplus.conf. Then rename your wallet.dat to OLDwallet.dat. Run the new wallet, close it, wait for icon to leave taskbar (may take a minute). delete the new wallet.dat file and rename OLDwallet.dat to wallet.datSidenote: try to refrain from using the "help" command in the debug menu until next release (had some intermittent issues with it). Thanks guys! -TMX

Hey guys, updated base wallet with extended PoW blocks to facilitate the swap better. Need everyone to download this, do not run the old wallet or risk forking yourself. Also added in this version is hardcoded dynamic seed (the .conf file is now optional, but you should add it anyway for the listen/gen/reservestake options). Make sure you delete EVERYTHING from your old Roaming folder except for .conf and wallet. (in fact you should copy out the wallet file, run the new wallet, close it, then delete the new wallet and replace it with your old wallet. Also maybe delete the "boost_interprocess" folder in your C:/programData folder (windows 7). https://mega.co.nz/#!HZpBmaKT!U_u3UrdgsGr1KOP14ptPhqoQR4fTit_K0wJK_JZJni8I'll message as many of you as I can to get the word out. Done, but you might want to rewrite that in a bit more userfriendly way. Correcting yourself in a user guide doesn't improve clarity. Got 1002 blocks now, 1500 PMP stuck in stake and just 2 confirms on the last two incoming tx's. Update: Lots more POS action now, still tiny amounts.
