I don't seem to be able to find a link for a wallet which can sync. Roll Eyes
0.8.8 doesn't work for me at all and I can see some people mentioned 1.0.9 but always without a link (at least I couldn't find one using the search function of this forum).

Let me get this straight then:

On moving from PMC to PMC2, all holders will see their market share reduced by 50% in return for which they get to see a repeat of the begging and dumping that went along with the giveaways of PMC the first time round.

Or is there a silver lining?

...Please bear with me as I don't have much help right now  Lips sealed...

Is there anything us schlubs can help with??

Have a dandy nap!

YES....  we need help with the next giveaway... this is the most important thing...

I'll help all I can, just like the first go-round!

I'd be happy to help however I can.

Helping to the best of my ability!

Great, we will definitely need some help.
What do you guys do? or better, what can you do?
We will need graphics done up for the new ANN. I can do them but it just adds more time. Could definitely use anyone with a bit of coding experience to help with the new wallet. Will also need someone capable of compiling a mac wallet.

New wallet is done and I've premined all the coins (muahuahua)  Grin
Please don't broadcast this wallet, as it's ugly as sin. But for anyone who wants to get a headstart on it, there you go.
We will worry about changing that in the near future.

I'm working on creating a ANN for the Coin Swap, which will be followed by a new ANN thread for our new coin.
If you feel like pitching in just send me a PM with what you think you can do and we will find a way for you to contribute!
Thanks guys.

1.0.9 was silkcoin wallet.

Add some of these to your premine.conf and wait  Undecided :

i have like 500 PMC, how will we swap ?

We've already planned it out.
Wait for swap ANN for details.

Let me get this straight then:

On moving from PMC to PMC2, all holders will see their market share reduced by 50% in return for which they get to see a repeat of the begging and dumping that went along with the giveaways of PMC the first time round.

Or is there a silver lining?

First, let me say that your market share is shit. So your shit is reduced from "100% shit" to "50% something".
As well, we can expand and innovate, adding value to your 50% share. So although your market share is reduced by 50%, the value of your share will be increased several times over.

There is no begging and dumping this time because we are having a much wider and fairer distribution. This means that there will be so many more people than the first community. We can take what we learned from the first experiment and make it better.

Without giving too much of the plan away. More people will get less PMC2. A truly fair coin distribution, unlike "faircoin" which was a farce. Where no one gets to double-dip. We can also attract developers and contributors via bounty funds.
This time around we have a lot more potential. I think that will be obvious.

Guys, help me decide.

These are mockups, but one will be implemented.
Eventually the layout of buttons is going to change as well (and additions will be made).

Let's hear thoughts.

First one is prettiest, but makes the text annoying to read. Out of 2 and 3, the lightspark in the third one is less central / annoying, so I'd go with no. 3.

I am not too happy with the whole flashy design, it's neat but not made to reach the masses. I know that I am actually in no place to complain as you do all the work, but could you try something more minimalistic?

Can we try a simple white letters on a black background design, if its not of too much difficulty?

Looks like we have six votes for 3 and two votes for nothing.

If you want minimalistic, look at the wallet as it is now. It looks exactly like the bitcoin qt 4 wallet. Is that reeaaallly what you want? to look like every other wallet out there? At least we are setting ourselves apart.

We could go with a flat black background, but obviously that is less appealing to the eyeballs, and shows no class.
I'll put some more time into the wallet design later today.
