[ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning

Lets hold our horses for a while while the market calms down. Everybody is aware that these big dips are due to Bitcoin collapse. At the moment it is already too late to get hte buy of a lifetime as prices went already up (although not up like 3 days ago). The following few days will be decisive for the market till the end of the year. Every single coin that is worth mirrors bitcoin candles at the moment.

Maybe late 2018 I guess. Miners will be sad if this happens. Ethereum is one of the most profitable coin at the moment. I am excited on it shifting to POS too. 

Yep I'm one of the miners that will be very sad once POS kicks in.  But as of the moment I'll mine every eth I can, with the difficulty being a little easy compared to before, plus the price has gone up so no worries with regards to eletric bills

If price had to fall this was happening this morning when every single market saw some changes in their value of few percent. Ethereum went down less than 5% which is good sign which indicates and tells lot in this thing to those who understand the market behavior.

I don't see the correction lasting for a few months. Too much momentum. And there are numerous altcoin projects that will start delivering real-world value to token holders in 2018/2019 and onward as well, which will increase demand for cryptos in general.

The correction will last 10 days tops. People are saying it is about taxes etc. and i'm saying 10 days. 2018 everything will be normal. But if there wasn't an issue about taxes i would say correction will last 3 days tops.

People who support ETH really shouldn't be worried about dips like these.
In my opinion (and many others), in order for ETH to ever overtake BTC it's going to take a large market-wide correction/crash, and then a subsequent reevaluation of value by investors.
This is when ETH will find its true value as the top dog and will rise and leave Bitcoin behind (and hopefully a plethora of other shitcoins that I won't mention).
All it takes is patience and a little mental toughness, our time will come.

The correction will last 10 days tops. People are saying it is about taxes etc. and i'm saying 10 days. 2018 everything will be normal. But if there wasn't an issue about taxes i would say correction will last 3 days tops.

10 days would be perfect, then I could place some fresh orders. Hopefully we'll see sub $10k at that point, but I kind of doubt it.

Exactly, the rise was approaching mega bubble proportions and now the correction means it can go back to a more acceptable pace of rising value. As others have also pointed out there are so many projects being developed on the ethereum blockchain and as they deliver their products, there will be more and more demand for ethereum.

I also think this is really great sign now crypto getting matured more big players are thinking to jump in. Very soon it will be back on the track and this time it will go more higher than previous level.

Yeah just like our goverment which has gas price issues ... its slow slugs like snail has bad user interface it also has bad sync issues.. its a failed coding.. vitalik the kid is a good talker thats all he is good at talking some random codes in front of newbies and voila it works

Completely agree. Vitalik is not able to solve Ethereum scalability problems right now and is promising to something about it in two years   ...
