Ethereum has been failed heavily its worse then Any other crypto the transaction require you to put gas lol its like buying a fuel with 1930s engine
I really hope that gas prices will reduce in 2108, otherwise small transactions will be senseless.
Yeah just like our goverment which has gas price issues ... its slow slugs like snail has bad user interface it also has bad sync issues.. its a failed coding.. vitalik the kid is a good talker thats all he is good at talking some random codes in front of newbies and voila it works
Completely agree. Vitalik is not able to solve Ethereum scalability problems right now and is promising to something about it in two years   ...
The kid already sold whatever he had and on top of that he made great cash on cryptokitties its just a scam This coin is fail coin just like the bubble of 1999

I think ,time to buy Ethereum now

Actually, it is market correction now. It is buying time for nearly everything Smiley

But correction may go a little bit deeper too.

Hi

I am having trouble getting my 0.9.3 wallet to sync. The chain structure just keeps growing while it tries to sync up.

Any way to solve this?

Same here, this wallet is garbage. I've literally left it running over 24 hours and still has 70,000 blocks left. At this rate its never going to sync so now i'm stuck with coins i'll never receive.

Actually I forgot to say what I really came here to say when I read the post's. IMO, if eth does not go to above.05 and hold it there in the coming days, I believe a much heavier exit could occur. Investors want to see something right now, not down the road months. Every time bitcoin went up strong eth went into sale off to stay at $300 and I believe damaged a lot of thinking along the way. IF it starts that again to stay on a price point it will continue to damage it's reputation and further sale offs will occur. There's a old song, actually very old,  (Its now or never) think Elvis did it. Anyway, may very well be the case.

Instead of solving the scalibility issue he is bringing kitties and zombies to mint millions he already made millions from cryptokitties now the crytozombie will make him more richer and dumbass people end up paying more gas cuz someone is playing the game Am out cant keep this humongous crap anymore

In comparison, Bitcoin can approve 3-4 transactions per second and Ethereum around 20 transactions. It is estimated that Visa network can process around 55,000 transactions per second. This is minuscule compared to Ethereum network after introduction of Casper. With Sharding method, Ethereum ecosystem will be able to validate 1 million transactions per second, creating for the first time possibility of micro-payments.

C'mon guys it's just a matter of time.....

Below is the solution to the scalability issue, a pretty ambitious project no wonder Microsoft is involved
Which proves the direction we are headed in and that is up;

Ethereum 2.0 will advance the core model of the protocol through sharding, which, to paraphrase his words, sharding is like creating a blockchain with a hundred different universes with different account spaces in each universe. But these universes are not just separate blockchains, according to Vitalik, they are systems that are interconnected with one another, which also share consensus. Sharding is also seen to provide quadratic scalability.

Vitalik is a good liar he knows he cant fix the whole chain the damage is already done to ethereum the next 3-4 years he can mint some or more of his premine ethereum and dump it on us to buy the huge pile of shit.

Dear Bart,

In 1985 I used excel 1.0 I thought it was crap, I switched to Lotus, I grossly underestimated the rapid way
Microsoft made improvements and its team of people who became quick at adjustments, remember when Microsoft Explorer trounced Netscape, now I realize it's the rate at which a project is moving and improving even though the end product isn't done yet. Ethereum has a huge alliance of companies backing it including Microsoft and JP Morgan, its here for a long long time.

In my opinion since Casper may be out by summer, how are we in a correction of much significance which such an accomplishment as that coming soon....

lol who is "he"? Are you really trying to peg every little thing on Vitalik? You realize he didn't have anything to do with CryptoKitties/spinoffs, right?

Plz, sell off during the market correction though.  It sounds like you don't know much of the current environment anyway.

I hope you understand what is blockchain its a big file which holds all your transactions those cant be edited and compressed the file is long they dont have segwit activated stuff they cant change the protocol of it and convert to proof of stake they would have to completely rewrite the whole thing that is simply not possible if it was possible bitcoin would have proof of stake on it and fast as fuck... you believe in the bullshit he throws at you Smiley yeah yeah keep cheering that idiot while he takes away all your money and goes back to russia.
by the way if you know what happened the last time 300Million usd got stolen from the blockchain hmmm how did that happen ?? lemme tell you how the guy tried to edit the blockchain and tried to tweak it he tried and voila you coins dissapeared if things were that easy You need to understand the blockchain is already written its done and crypted they themselves cant get the whole database which is of 200gb its not possible if they do it again many users might again lose hundreds of millions in transactions again..

We put a man on the moon in 1969 trust me it can be done with sharding and separate universes that can share information together

Sharding is a type of database partitioning that separates very large databases the into smaller, faster, more easily managed parts called data shards. The word shard means a small part of a whole.

editing the existing blockchain is extremely dangerous it will result in losing the transactions last time what he did was sharding and users lost coins they are trying to do this from years since after the launch..  ethereum have to come up  again with new ethereum with a new premine Cheesy

what they would come up would be swap like this one will have swap to new ethereum which is a common protocol for scammers to do so... man dont bet on this idiot they are very good liars he just throws some codes at audiences and they are impressed cuz nobody really understands programming then few in our world... but i can tell you its not possible to edit the database they will come up with swap lol

I noticed that most of the posts under this thread are of higher quality than other thread.
Is this because people following Ethereum are prone to higher IQ?
