Didn't the scammer earlier post that only four people made transactions, now they admit to a fifth? I'm sorry, but stop hiding this persons identity folks!!!! There are other victims out there, and this guy knows that people here can identify him, so he's doing refunds. Whoever is involved, list them up!

LOL, apparently with these scammers if people don't make a claim then the transaction does not exist. Oh yeah, they were legit, they had the 5TH working for 24 hrs straight never going below 5TH and as cool a popsicle ....I think they should donate that 5TH prototype to the home for the blind/deaf where Searing works as a charitable donation. I sure would like to see a screenshot of that miner showing 5TH.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I have been monitoring this thread and also replying to personal messages as I have no way of getting in touch with people due to the website being closed down.

That's odd. If the website has been "closed down" as you state; why is it still being hosted by myorderbox.net (wait! my bad, you've changed DNS host a 4th time. It's now located on Hostinger.co.uk.) and its favico .ico still exists and you're able to change the page title? This wouldn't be possible if you were 'closed down'.

It's also quite fascinating that your MX & A records for email are resolving quite nicely, thus enabling you to "yes way, dude", get in touch with your victims!:

Outstanding work!!  These have to be the dumbest scammers in the world. Imagine, scammers that lose money in the scam and not the victims. Lovely.

All,

I have been monitoring this thread and also replying to personal messages as I have no way of getting in touch with people due to the website being closed down.

Yes that 4.78 BTC transaction was for a pre-order of a miner from gokou2001 and I have been in touch with gokou2001 to arrange his refund.

After going through all BTC that were received for this project, I now feel confident that with this refund that I am looking to issue now, all refunds will have been issued to everyone who placed a pre-order with me.

I shall update the forum with a TXID once the refund has been issued as I have done previously after issuing the last refunds.
I am also looking to part ways from this forum and bitcoin altogether after I have done so.

Michael

EDIT - The full refund to gokou2001 (which is the last of all refunds to be made) has been sent.
The Transaction is here ..

https://blockchain.info/tx/6b5c40d5afd5b3409344408cf2e52aedbe6452adb944f8bb556cd433feb4e2ea
I expect the excuses you have given are lies.

No one comes up with an idea to make a 5TH/s miner with a 20nm foundry hiding in their back yard and expects only BTC payments, and then posts a fake name and images of some unknown female person as information about who they are, unless they are trying to deceive people.

I do hope that you (and whichever forum members are acting with you) do go to jail.
What you have done does carry a possible jail term if you are caught and convicted.
Giving the money back does not absolve you of that.
Oddly enough, a court will commonly require you to pay it back as well as giving you jail time ...

That's nice.  Did anybody from the forum pointed you to this CTS or tried to get you or recommeded to you to buy the miners?  You said you were sucked in to the possibilities.

My investigating skills in this sort of stuff are fairly average , a mate of mine told me in his opinion the return for $ investment still didnt look good anyways with the predicted diff heading to 15 or 20 billion .

I had a big 4 day weekend  pre-planned  , by the time I came up  for air on monday  night the investigation on the forum was going  full boar ........talk about dogeing a bullet .

I'm still a bit amased anyone got any coins back . Just shows what the "Pack Mentality" can do if you ban together......this forum is stronger when your united ....division hurts us all

Well done to all who helped

Phoenix1969 and Mauiflipper
if you're men of your words
then you'll pay the 80%(Phoenix1969) and 50%(Mauiflipper) to the people who helped you as you said you would.
Not hide behind the "well MAYBE the scammer(s) had a change of mind independent of everything else".
Or if the helpers don't want it all then donate it!
You're lucky you got anything back
and now are pushing it by reneging on your words.

Please post transaction ids if you follow thru(not likely, probably just typical honor-less human scum)?

Phoenix I assume if you haven't already,
have returned the funds of people who pity donated to you? Maybe even tipped a lil back?

EDIT: Donate it, meaning to charity.

If I was able to help you in anyway, tips are appreciated:

I guess what you are saying is that nobody pointed the site to you or asked you to look at it, you found CTS by yourself, which was the question...then a friend told you that the ROI was bad but didn't tell you it looked like a scam...odd.
What I wanted to know was if anyone pointed it to you as a recommendation, not if someone told you not to buy.
