The excitement was too much, so I did a little internet sleuthing
As we are operating from the same factory and offices as our parent company, if you could call us before you arrive so we can let security know we are expecting you, but that won't an issue. If you know the area, we're in Zone D of the industrial estate. We have the big triple unit!
Which lead me to this company at that address:
http://www.cms.uk.com/cms_company_profile.htmlAs you can see at the top of that page, the phone number tallies.Edit: No, it doesn't. It's one digit out
Clever!
So who are Cambridge Microprocessor Systems?
http://www.companiesintheuk.co.uk/ltd/cambridge-microprocessor-systemsThey have indeed been around for 30 years.
Zone D is listed as one of their previous addresses.
So why don't ctsminer say they are Cambridge Microprocessor Systems, if they are?
Why no photos of test rigs?
How come all these highly trained professionals do not have a linkedin profile? Or if you google their names, they do not exist? I find that almost impossible to beleive in this day and age.
And the fact their social media, website and bitcointalk accounts were only registered in 2014? You can't discover bitcoin and build a bitcoin miner *that* quickly can you?
I also find this part of their spec amusing:
Cooling: Corsair Hydro Series Liquid Cooler
Fans: 5 x 120mm
One water cooler for 4 asic chips?
And Corsair coolers, really?
I still think it's a scam. They are doing everything wrong if they want to prove they are legit.
They have done some damn good work to fake/hide their identity though
