Looks like the difficulty is up. Pull those sell orders ladies.

You're right! The difficulty doubled! from 1 of 3 blocks to 1 of 6 blocks.  Roll Eyes Let them sell so that we can but more at cheap prices!  Wink

Spread is rather big, this is not good. We need more volume on the exchange. Or hit another one: Vote for CGA at https://www.mintpal.com/voting

The one thing i really dislike about this coin is the logo.

You really need to put up a logo contest, if there is not already one in progress.

A logo, the brand, means so much for the coin you have no idea. So consider my words, because the logo is pure shit and a turnoff. Love the concept of the coin though!

Keep up the good work.

There is already a logo contest and you can vote for it here.

Does Poloniex remove meaningless buy orders like 89764 for 0.00000002/CGA and 1000000 for 0.00000001/CGA? I did see in some other exchange where meaningless buy and sell orders are removed.

Nonsense orders make me smile, and make me realize how amazing this community actually is.

… unless that's one guy with all the buy orders, this is a crowdsourced 69.

That’s astonishing.

… or it’s an anomaly.  Shocked

Some one wants to dump 100 CGA. First I saw it at 0.0089 and now at 0.0075.

I would imagine... but you would need to find the right version of macports and xcode.

First you need to get the required development tools for your machine, the first one being Xcode. You can get Xcode5 from the developer app store from Apple for free. But depending on your system you may need an earlier version. Look here for a good guide to help you decide which version you need: http://guide.macports.org/#installing.xcode

Once you download Xcode you will then need macports to install the rest of the dependencies. You can get macports from here: https://distfiles.macports.org/MacPorts/

Once again make sure you grab the correct version for your OS.

Now open up a Terminal window and enter the following to install the rest of the dependencies:

Code:
sudo port install boost db48 qt4-mac openssl miniupnpc git

Git isn't necessarily a dependency but it is nice to have Wink

Then enter the following to clone the CGA source

Code:
git clone https://github.com/s4w3d0ff/cryptographicanomaly.git

Now move to the cryptographicanomaly folder you just downloaded using:

Code:
cd cryptographicanomaly

Once there you can compile your QT wallet with the following command:

Code:
qmake *.pro && make

Go make yourself a sandwich because this will take a while and will take up most of your computers resources.

Once it is done you can navigate to the cryptographicanomaly folder in Finder and you should see a brand new file called Cryptographicanomaly-Qt. You can leave it there or move it to your Applications folder if you like, It doesn't really matter.

Now if you would like the cryptographicanomalyd file you can go back to Terminal (assuming you are still in the cryptographicanomaly folder/directory) and move to the src folder like so:

Code:
cd src

Once there you can enter the following to compile your cryptographicanomalyd file:

Code:
make -f makefile.osx

Go make another sandwich, yum. Once finished you can enter the following command to "strip" your newly compiled program. This will "strip" the extra code you don't need from the program making the size much much smaller (~14Mb instead of around 40Mb) but you don't have to.

Code:
strip cryptographicanomalyd

Your new cryptographicanomalyd program will be in your cryptographicanomaly/src folder. Again you can leave it there or move it to Applications.

I gotta explain something to you guys: with only 100 kh/s at my disposal, from the time I first assembled my rig to the time I first heard about this coin (about 45 days or so), I had only made around .042 BTC in total (and half of that was from mining XPM on my laptop)- a little less than a dollar a day. Contrast that to three hours ago, when I sold 1.1 CGA - just 12 hours of mining profits - for about .023 BTC. I now have 20 CGA left, and the world is my oyster.

This is awesome.

Miners need to stop selling low. For just a few hours we're trading around 561 CGA in less than 10hrs. This coin which is not yet very elusive now is just producing around 250 CGA per day. Do the math. The demand is much greater than the supply so you can sell at higher prices! Let's build it to 0.1BTC/CGA to 1BTC/CGA  Shocked Cool
