I am really getting to hate all these VAR handball decisions in injury time. Looks like swogerino got his exact score with a 1-1 draw with tottenham losing with mourino taking a walk down the tunnel even before the game ended with about a minute left in the rest of injury time.
Yeah, it was ridiculous. They really need to change the handball rule. Half of the time it's given and the other it isn't. Dier had his back turned and it was headed onto it. They then spent five minutes reviewing it on VAR. Spurs then had a handball appeal for a similar thing and it wasn't given. Spurs should have made sure getting into this situation doesn't matter though. Son hit the post a couple of time as least and even Shearer said it should have been 3 or 4 nil at half time. I don't understand why is VAR so bad in Premier League. Many leagues implemented VAR and it is working better in most if not all of them. VAR was a joke in last PL season and it is continuing in the same way. We have this situation today, then we have a penalty after final whistle for United yesterday and by my judgment worst VAR mistake this season - 3rd goal from Chelsea. If the ball just touches the striker on the arm it is always no goal rule and then yesterday with all the cameras and VAR, ball hits Havertz straight in the arm and ref judges the goal regular. Stuff like that just can't happen. Spurs were so much better today and they needed to put this game to rest much sooner. Did you guys see Maherz goal for City? Goal of the season so far for me, especially since it is his weaker right foot

This is like the weirdest season... Ever. Almost every match you expect it'll be low scoring, the scoreline ends with something crazy like 4 - 2. When you expect something crazy it's something like 1 - 1. Lol. Oh and congrats LFC for winning the league back to back.

Wow, what a disgraceful performance of Man City. I can't remember last time when they conceded 5 goals, especially playing at home. And yeah, EPL season is such crazy so far - it's simply impossible to predict such outcomes as we saw in City - Leicester game. Best thing waht you can get from it - point. Terrible round for me, just 3 points so far. Can't wait for Liverpool - Arsenal game tomorrow - this should be great one. But stil have no idea what result to predict. If I leve it something like 4:3, it definitely will end with score like 1:1 .

Wow, what a disgraceful performance of Man City. I can't remember last time when they conceded 5 goals, especially playing at home. Man City's backline was atrocious today, 1-(1), silly pen from Walker. the 1-(2), mistakes all around in the backline. 1-(3), silly pen from Eric. the 1-(4), Kyle Walker went too high up the pitch which dismantled City's defence and the 3 defenders left had no choice but to back up and wait for the pass that never came cos Maddison is top-class. 1-(5), silly pen from Mendy man, best thing i did this weekend was to avoid the EPL in my bets, too many upsets

They really need to change the handball rule. Half of the time it's given and the other it isn't. The current rule seems intended to take the subjectivity out of it, but obviously it's failing. Miserably. The ones that irritate me the most are those that are obviously incidental and then penalized. The Spurs payed a better game and should have come away with three points. It's always a tragedy when poor officiating affects the outcome of the match. Wow, what a disgraceful performance of Man City. I can't remember last time when they conceded 5 goals, especially playing at home. I was rooting for Leicester, that 4th goal by by Maddison was a thing of beauty. My daughter asked my why I was rooting for Leicester, and I told her it's because Man City is like the Dallas Cowboys of the EPL; I just like watching them lose.

I had a multibet where of 8 matches. in the slip I already won first five. Three matches left and first was Hoffenheim vs Bayern. Odd for Bayern was 2/11 and Hoffenheim was 11/1. Bayern lost by 4 - 1! Then this City match. 2 - 5 defeat against Leicester!? The third match is Liverpool vs Arsenal, it does not matter anymore. I betslip of 76mBTC lost just like that. Yesterday Chelsea ruined the party. What is going on around in the footballs? I think I really need to give up gambling for few weeks until these teams settle down. There are too many goals and too many upsets these days.

If somebody told me that wolves would lose 4:0 against West Ham I would call him crazy. For me this is a bigger shock then Chelsea draw against WBA or even City loosing to Leicester. Wolves are just so solid and I can't imagine anybody putting 4 goals past them, not even City or LFC let alone some other club. I am sure West ham will be one of the clubs with least clean sheets come end of the season so this 4:0 result is really off the charts. A little bit off topic but Bayern also lost today, and with 4:1 result against Hoffenheim. This weekend was a good one for the bookies, if anybody ended it the green, big congrats from my side. With all those strange results I managed to skip a lot of them and play both to score on others so if Wolves won or maybe Villarreal managed to slip one goal past Barca, I would come close to 0 with my bets. This way I am way down in the red. New day tomorrow and new opportunity

I am now on 15th place drop from top 10 last week so it seems my slide will continue a lot Anyway, Spurs are so frustrating on the paper but if you watched the match I think I say we should have won so at least the performance was good for us. I agree with you guys about VAR And I am glad that even Newcastle manager said something about VAR even though it benefited his team. This season is still new and SO many VAR decisions that causes even a penalty after full time. Football is becoming like laughing stock with referees,,, and I think we need to protect referees positions too. Football has always been about flow and referees keep that flow.

What the hell is happening this season?? I'm 42nd out of 50 and am sitting on 1,5 points this round. I missed 7 out of 8 games. I don't recall something like this ever happening, truly a horrible round. I see the leader has only 7,5 points as well.

I'm on zero points so far. Surely Liverpool can beat Arsenal to get me point? Fulham and Villa is hard to predict a winner. I don't think there will be many goals but who knows with this crazy round.
It seriously needs to be reviewed. Even the Newcastle boss Steve Bruce said it was a silly decision. It's taking far too much time out of the game which was already a problem and now they've made it worse as refs have started going over to the touchline to watch 5 minutes of replays from every conceivable angle. Firstly, I don't think every goal should be checked. What's the point going looking for something or penalising someone because the lace of his boot was offside? If you have to zoom in and start putting computer generated grids on the pitch to see if someone was a millimetre offside then it's going too far and is obviously overkill. Many players don't even celebrate now because there's a good chance of VAR overruling it for something. If nobody's spotted anything or the opposite team isn't complaining what's the problem? Let a team have 3 appeals per game like in tennis. That would cut down on any false claims and only legit ones would be challenged. The thing is is that certain things are still open to interpretation like a 'clear and obvious error' and the hands being in an 'unnatural' position. Well what the hell is an unnatural position? Your hands naturally should be straight down your sides but obviously not when running. Or jumping. When you jump your use your hands to propel yourself up, so it's natural for your hands to be stretched out as balance or above your head. Take a look at when defenders put their hands behind their backs to try avoid the ball hitting them. Ironically doing that makes them not in a natural position because nobody does that when running or playing football, so what if the ball hits their hand behind their back when they turn their back to avoid getting hit in the face which many of them now do (and ironically they're not able to use their hands to protect their face). Is that handball when you're not even looking at the ball? I've seen them given. Many attackers often take advantage of the defender having his arms behind him as he's off balance and they can easily move past them instead of crossing it in. Spurs were so much better today and they needed to put this game to rest much sooner. Did you guys see Maherz goal for City? Goal of the season so far for me, especially since it is his weaker right foot Yeah, it was good but it seemed more like a reckless swing at it and hope for the best. I think both Vardy's cheeky flick and Madison's goal in the Leicester game were better.
Not a single person even backed the West Ham home win which is bizarre. I went with a low scoring 1-1 draw but I'm surprised nobody had a faith in the home win.

Just remember in the previous season some yellow caps with 20+ points even when I look global list I had progressed on the table. few expected such destruction of Man City made by Leicester and Wolves vs. West Ham

Look like Fulham is going back in Championship in next season crap team here in Premier League right now. I think two spots for relegation are already booked, Fulham and WBA will have big points deficits by Christmas. They have least quality in the squads and seem to lack fighting spirit. That 3rd relegation spot will be a nice fight though. I think Sheffield United will be bad this season as well, maybe even relegation battle bad. If we will continue with the least expected results this match day, next game has to end with Arsenal win while keeping clean sheet. I am tempted to put some money on 4:0 for Arsenal.

Ah bloody hell Robertson he gave Arsenal the only attempt on goal and the goal itself. But damn he's more than making up for it tearing down those flanks. I've got a "big" bet riding on HT win for the Reds so you bet I'm relieved we pulled two after that.
Proud of how they're playing now. Arsenal chasing shadows when our attack's on form. Hope they just keep the pedal to the metal after the break!
@Trofo: I still think Fulham stole the spot from Brentford. Absolute crap football and they didn't even seem overly concerned they were trailing at any point.

Come on LFC! Can I get one more to make it 3 - 1 please, for a perfect prediction EDIT: Yasss! Just while I was typing, Lol! I also had a 3 - 1 win for Liverpool and got the correct score. My 2nd correct score in this season and both are in this round. A decent round for me again. In fact this is my 2nd decent round. I never look to have a yellow hat but always try to have average points in the round. Hopefully I will keep going in this pace.
