Total newcomer here, not to crypto, just mintcoin.

Cant just download wallet and stake. Doesent work for me.

Why?

Total bullshit In My Humble Opinion.

What The Fuck???

What's the problem? You just go to the website click here to download it.

Then click here:

Stop Mining.   Start Minting.   Mintcoin  [MINT]
5% annual minting reward. Mintcoins don't wear out like mining gear. They keep on minting!

So I finally finished syncing the wallet, which took 2 days. But now ive put the coins in there almost 15 hours ago have over 1000 confirms but its says the coins arent mature for minting.  Read around and it says they should be mature after 50 confirms.  Any idea how to fix this or should i just put my coins back on the exchange and wait for them to be profitable enough to sell them?

So is it possible we have already halved? I mean first halving was waaayyy to early to happen also. We where stuck for some time then. Is there somebody who still has the exact block number`s we are halving?

@cryptomommy, any news yet on finding a dev, and have you already sold the coins for the NGO?

According to my calculations the rate doesn't drop until appox October 9, 2015. And it is not a full halving, but going from 15% to 10% - so a 33% drop. The next drop after that will be a full halving, roughly 9 months or so later... down to 5% where it will stay for many years.

But they arent minting at all. It says they are not mature. How can it mint immature coins in 20 days? Or are they minting even tho they dont say it?

Please go to Mintcoinofficial.com. Under download wallet menu option download the blockchain. Extract to your %appdata% Mint coin folder - open and copy files over from Mint coin sub folder into the original appears Mint coin folder. Restart the wallet. Should take 3-4 hours. Typing on my cell. Sorry for the typos

June 22 197383 total minted (and I had 351855 more coins on June 22 than on June 01)

Thank you. It works.

Maybe anyone knows why I have a lot unconfirmed minted coins, which are very old, from last year. For year 2015 i have mostly confirmed.

During the syncing process your wallet will try to remint coins which were accumulated / spent from the timeline of the first transaction. I *believe* someone please correct me if I am wrong - that is what this is.

You get uncofirmed mintings if you unlock your wallet for minting while it is still syncing. First, sync up the wallet and only then unlock it.

Does anyone else get giddy when they look at the total ever minted numbers...

I created a new wallet when the total ever minted numbers came out because I was curious to see what my minting revenues are.
During the process I managed to speed up my wallet load time significantly and the wallet is much faster.

I have earned over 3 BTC in minting since the 1.17 wallet launched with the current price.

That's pretty damn sexy.

How do you mean unlock? I don't have locked anything. And my wallet is synced.
