Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Is there any way to clean all these failed blocks from my wallet?

Something like the --zapwallettxes in the BTC wallet?

Does MINT have any similar option?

Looks like it is an orphan. The wallet is attempting to mint, just keep waiting and it will eventually be successful. If your wallet is not completely in sync, then this will happen too. I agree that it would be nice to be able to hide them though.

If you look here, there is a chart showing record of Mintcoins orphans over time. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/mint/#!extraction
On average there is about 300 per day or so.

Stop Mining.   Start Minting.   Mintcoin  [MINT]
5% annual minting reward. Mintcoins don't wear out like mining gear. They keep on minting!

Yes, is always mints but only after spending a lot of time and computational resources just to produce orphans.

Anyway, next wallet should have a way to clean up these ghost transactions.

if you ever need nodes, check out the block explorer on the main site... it gives you a list (unless they change the code)

It seems the action has started with someone selling 60 million to see if the price can be pushed down a bit lower then it already is.
Could be a coincidence off course but it feels like play to me Smiley
I hope if mint gets played with again by the big money people it will stay at 30 / 40 sats afterwards.
Hope we peak above 150 sats  Grin

Just because a price goes low or high doesn't really mean that it the market for that is real.  If the price is muscled low, it may look like hell, but it takes less money to swipe away the coins from the "weak hands" so to speak. Then the manipulators can get taken out, the hope is someone will freak out panic and they can get a bigger position. It's a fools game lol. Let's see how low people are going to gamble it, I for one am not selling a single coin this low.

The manipulation of markets cannot continue indefinitely. If you have been around in Mintcoin community for a while, you may remember the past times when the price moves up, and if the future is any bearing, when it finally goes, it will not allow us time to act or react. We are talking like 100% moves in a single day. When the next whale comes along, that plunks down 30+ BTC maybe someone thinks they are smart enough to know beforehand the exact timing of when that will happen. It could happen in 6 months, or next month, or next week, or even tomorrow. Don't be manipulated to buying high and selling low.

I need an older client.  Because when I add a wallet from the older platforms it crashes the current version.

So I am unable to stake coins sent to addresses in March.

In other words I can not access my coins.

what error does it crash with? It's odd because I've been able to update with current wallet.dat everytime.
