I have the same problem, my account has been hacked and coins stolen from another ip to other wallets, this exchange is not secure and support not responding, i lost usde and BTC, never again trade on this f*ng suspicius exchange, they had hacked and they dont want to admin it. |

Seems they are selected scamming going to start a scam accusation thread later tonight when i got more time i have had a BTC deposit stuck now for over 1 week, shit service short minded probably could of had a decent exchange caused me to loose around 3 BTC in my opinion !!!

Know the facts:1. our system is audited and there is no remote access to the database in any way. 2. your account's security is your responsibility: the only way to access your account is by knowing the password 3. we will never refund anyone who has been "hacked" by another person knowing the password 4. you have the right to go to the police or other authorities if you think they can do anything to help you. We can provide access logs. 5. we are a little overloaded on support since the transaction malleability issue got widespread 6. its not really nice to blame us for having multi-channel support that is faster and more efficent than the majority. |

Maybe your price is ridiculous and the trade has not happened due to that reason? You can cancel it any time from Your Active Orders table. |

My coins is likely to have been stolen, have been made transfers to other wallets, please contact me owners of this exchange! Your account will be audited. Coins moving from the address you deposited to is absolutely normal and happens all the time. The exchange uses depositors coins to fund future withdrawals because of cold storage (security) considerations and how bitcoin works in the first place. It other words: the address you see on the wallet page is just a deposit address and not an address where your funds will be held forever. |
