Thanks
PENG/BTC should be added today - if im correct.
We are also working on clearing the backlog of support requests.

We could change the email address associated with your account if you prove that you own it by sending an email to support@coinmarket.io (from original address)

There is no room for it in the layout. We will think something out, have patience.

The e-mail change will take time - we have limited people/resources that handle all support requests.

There is no minimum but it has to cover the transaction fee (which goes to the miners - we dont charge anything) of 0.0001 BTC.

Warning:

CoinMarket.io and its developers use only one account on bitcointalk - which is named coinmarket.io
People who PM you and claim to be from coinmarket.io are scammers.
Some of them are trying to collect bounties from "getting coins listed".

I have 0 balance on my account, i had USDe and BTC where they are? my login: alunio

My coins is likely to have been stolen, have been made transfers to other wallets, please contact me owners of this exchange!
Your account will be audited. Coins moving from the address you deposited to is absolutely normal and happens all the time.
The exchange uses depositors coins to fund future withdrawals because of cold storage (security) considerations and how bitcoin works in the first place.
It other words: the address you see on the wallet page is just a deposit address and not an address where your funds will be held forever.

Do you have any information in my problem, i lost all the coins which I had on the account.

So weird. Why PENG? There are other coins with higher volume that could have been added...

I have a withdraw that is suck for almost a couple of days now.  I have tried two other small withdraws, they worked fine.
I never got the conformation email for the first.  Maybe you can cancel the withdraw or resend me the conformation mail so I can click the link to confirm?
