[1]Why are there so many scam bounties out there and [2]how are we to know which is scam or not
[1] Because there are many newbies that can easily be scammed by these scammers.
[2] Its difficult to know which are the scam and not but here are some of clues. If the project is cloud mining and lending platform thats an obvious scam.

I saw the spreadsheet of some SCAM ICO and they are not a newbie on this, there are many Legendary and heroes account there...
I felt so bad with some good campaign managers that being abused by scam ICO.
It was not their fault though they promoted it! some of the SCAM BOUNTY last month was...

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I am very careful with all the projects in which I participate and try to choose as carefully as possible where I participate. But everyone is wrong and, unfortunately, I often also come across such projects. I do not know what to do with it actually.

that's really hard to know a scam bounty or not. but perhaps do a research about their project first and choose a good bounty manager will help you with that. and one thing that needs you to know about the bounty, bounty campaign is a way to earn money which has a risk, so that's is one a risk which we should get.

Its identify so difficult, but some ways available for checking their issue. You can see their token Roadmap, whitepaper, how much site listing and how much exchange listing and finally activity of admin. Although its not workable for all time. But you can check those. It might be help to choose a good project/bounty.

We have no other option except to realize our mistake and move on. It is necessary to try to understand this and try not to fall for similar tricks of other scammers in the future.

At this time, it is very difficult to be sure of choosing a bounty company. Personally, I try to follow certain bounty managers I can trust. It is a pity that the ICO market is very spoiled.

Because of the crowd in the crypto world there are so many news talk about someone getting rich because of joining an ICO that makes some people on the other side take this as a chance to make scam ICO. They want to scam newbie investor. It's a bit difficult to choose the right ICO, but the best way is to learn more about the project before you throw your money to that ICO. Join their telegram group and get a lot of information and also check is that ICO attending crypto event or not..

Now cryptocurrency is more popular than before. So that many people wanna make a project like ICO to collect the fund. But they forget about the disadvantage and only think about the advantage and wanna make themself rich instanly. That is not surprised if many bounty are scam.

because most of them want to earn a lot of money for free so all the way will be done, to avoid the bounty scam we must be more careful and must learn first about the bounty

It's very sad when the projects do not fulfill their obligations to the people who helped them. If they treat the members of the bounty that way, I think investors should think about it

I've experienced about joining a scammed bounty and it is really disappointing and heartbreaking. After waiting for too long and doing their rrquested tasks, I still ended up with nothing. I think it is best if we'll all try to know mote abiut the project well first to get rid of being scammed.

I think it's not only sad for me, when the company of which you helped, you deceived, investors should think about the future of this project.

This is a really serious problem, and I feel like there needs to be some kind of system introduced to remedy this.  One of the simplest and easiest ways to check to see if a bounty is real or not is to consider whether or not the amount they are offering in their bounty is reasonable.  The ones offering 1 million USD + should be really really good companies otherwise chances are they are they aren't going to deliver on promises.

Agreed. But such a project is not interested in the future. Their task is to collect as much money for themselves and all. Perhaps in the future will sell the site, as there will be a decent attendance and that's all over.

It's not necessary like that, they can offer 1 million worth of their coin, that value can equal to 0, the market decide how the coin will evolve.Try to choose a bounty by the bounty manager, go only for trusted one otherwise you will only lose your time.

If this campaign still running & public working with project very funny thing happened. Also EOZ was lending project those are promoting some bounty manager.

I think that it is quite difficult for many people to determine the minimum and maximum threshold for a particular product. Other measures are needed here. For example, the Department to work with such customers in Ethereum.
