Why are there so many scam bounties out there and how are we to know which is scam or not
It is true, we need to be more careful day by day because those guys are inventing new ways to come and deceive us, they want us to do the job, and eventually not to pay our money that we earned by doing that. |

Today, it's hard to differentiate the SCAM and Legit ICO. Maybe for bounty hunter, it's only wasted time, but I feel pity for people which have invested in it. I hope that no more SCAM again in future and also we have found a solution in the future.
I can say that now the community is trying and exposing the scam, painting to the red trust to bounty managers, people themselves actively determine the scam this or not the scum. There were whole topics dedicated to the scam and now people have become more careful to select and analyze projects. |

The problem here is not the bounties that are a scam, it is the project itself that is a scam. And these days, it is hard getting to know which project is scam at first sight. The thing is always to do your best to check up on the project and see to an extent that it passes some criteria such as a working product, an actual real-life office, real staffs, and community.

Now there are too much "SCAM" bounties. And noone want to do something to improve this situation. It seems like everyone is indifferent to this problem.

Yeah, you are correct there are many scam bounty campaigns now. things have changed. so be vigilant. stick to good project that managed by good bounty managers. Now I am sticking to a few bounty managers. quality is more important than the quantity. choose good bounty managers that we can believe. that's what I do,

Crypto-currencies are becoming more popular here. A large number of newcomers with money come here, this attracts scammers, who conduct IDF and bounty campaigns, and then deceive people. I hope this situation will be corrected with time. |

It depends what do you mean under scam - project which did not collect softcap and closed or project which consciously want to steal your money. about quantity why so much scams - usual statistics, as more projects more possibilities that you can meet scam.

A friend once asked me that same question when wanted to start bounty. What i told him was, research is very essential before participating in any of them, but that one cannot be 100% sure. So to avoid loosing, it is very essential to join so many bounty campaign at the same time, most especial social media campaign.

Yes of course there are so many bounty scams . They even put their tokens in exchange and don't talk about giving rewards.

The scam growth of the bounty has indeed increased because the enthusiasm of the crypto community is increasing rapidly. So they want to deceive many people, so they can get as much profit as possible. To be able to know the project is a scam or not, the truth is not easy. Fraudsters are very good at faking all the information as well as their identity. Progress from sales that can be achieved by them was not enough to prove that it is safe from the scam. Because recently, I heard there were projects with good achievements but apparently they were scams.

There are so many bench projects because the ICO system is completely anonymous and scammers use it. Recently, scam projects are very well hidden. But they are very easy to determine, usually scam projects have a very bad, cheap website or no information about the team.

1. You can check Website and team
2. bounty campaigns managed by reputable managers.
3. Check Soft cap or hardcap reached or not

i agree on the 1 and 2 but for 3? that does not really matter . there are some legit campaign or ico that has not yet reach their soft and hard cap but they are actually legit and paying . some of them are also managed by a reputable manager on this forum . yes there are now more scam bounties when compared to legit ones and choosing the legit one is verry tough because they are actually hard to find . even if we say that they are manage by a reputable manager , the manager do also give a warning that they dont hold the funds for the campaign or in short joined at your own risk do still apply on this . |

Scams are spreading it is at first attractive once they collected huge money it came to the point of run away the money. We should be careful in considering the bounty to join and check if the team managed the project well. |
