Its all rampant and widely spread scam site or project that promises are good to be true. Its clearly there objective is just to waste our effort for promoter of there campaign and also stole the money of investor. Some may really refund but other really dont. So my conclusion is to choose wisely whom to promote and even invest my money. Money now a days is so high interest for scammer and they will do everything and even made unpredictable strategies to make there plan works. So hard if you already experience such thing that even you maybe lost hope to get it back but still dont lost hope and try again and again.

The high percentage of scam ICO is the sad truth today. Identifying the team is one of thing yo be looked at.  We should verify if these people do exist. Then,  check the feasibility of the project.  I believe this is the least we can do.
