Because it became really profitable, projects are designed to rob people because it's very fast and almost cost-free so I think it's easy and affordable so you need to pay attention!

Actually almost 80% of bounty now is scam. I don't know exactly why they do that, but I think 1 from reasons is the ICO is scam, too. They just want people attend in their ICO, and pay for token, and after that don't work anything.

you should study and find out more information about the ICO project you are going to follow, for example you can see the whitepaper of the project, find out as much as possible the information there, starting from the developer team, who the manager will bring it, and whether the resulting product will provide the need for investors and potential future will be used, then the third I think the key to know a scam or not a project.

This has reached epidemic proportions now. I would say that more than 90% of the ongoing bounties are never going to pay the participants. The admins of Bitcointalk needs to do something about this, such as making escrow mandatory for all the bounties.

Well where is money there will always be scam. So you just have to be carefull and do a lot research, but you can not say that every bounty i scam.

What more can you expect out of this unregulated market? There are not much regulations over bounty and ICO in every country (leaving few of course). This makes ICO and bounties an easy target for scam. Regarding finding a legit ICO or bounty, you gotta put some research into development and team. Look for the community support and ask as many questions you can related to the company.

I agree with you, campaign is unsuccessful if ICO didn't reach soft cap. It's our fault if we choose ICO that can't reach soft cap, because we have to research ICO before any action in campaigns. Although, there are scam bounties, I think that shouldn't be difficult problem for bounty hunters, it's bigger problem for investors in my opinion.

From fraud no one is immune. Previously, I was looking for a bounty campaign for popular managers - it did not help, then I looked at the ratings on different sites - it did not help either.
Now I decided to make a bounty that I'm interested in - and if it's a hoax, then I'm responsible for it.

Today, there are a lot of projects and fraudulent schemes , every second company pretends to be other developers, so as not to get to the scammers, communicate with a team of developers, Derek and managers, it is very difficult to distinguish the Scam.

It is hard to know whether the bounty is a scam or not, it will just waste your time from doing research so it is pretty much better to join to campaign handles by legit and trusted bounty manager here in the bitcointalk community so that it will lessen the risk of getting scammed.

Do your homework. 

Some of them are not really scam. They just cannot hit the amount of money that they need to continue on with their project.
Perhaps, they got just the amount equivalent to the capital they used and cannot move forward after it.
ROI will be their best escape but leaving investors empty handed.
That is the problem. That is the risk of joining one ICO.
