So if I understand it, all $21 Million worth of BWRE's equities are going to be tokenized and sold during the STO. If you own this tokens you own a part of BWRE and you partecipate in profits and governance?

Yes, as far as I understood they going to try to raise 21 million Euro in total (of which they already got around 5.5 million?). Since they will be focusing on short-stay lets, I assume they'll share part of their profits with token holders.

But the STO will be in Q2 2019, so there is still plenty of time left. I am sure we'll get more information once we get closer to the start of the STO.

Our first STO: BWRE raising €21 million

Following yesterday's exclusive release in Crypto Briefing, we are extremely excited to share that BWRE, a Maltese short stay real estate business, will be the first STO to launch on the Dusk Network. With the tranched issuance of €21 million worth of tokenized equity this is a great first step towards showcasing the possibilities of Dusk Network.

BWRE CEO Emanuele Carboni states: ‘’It is a joy to be able to offer a tokenized real estate business that focuses on the blockchain island Malta, which has always been a place of technological and regulatory innovation. This attitude, combined with the liquidity and cost benefits are exactly why I chose to STO on top of Dusk Network’’.

How to learn more about Dusk Network
The Dusk Network is a project coordinated by the Dusk Foundation. We are a decentralized ecosystem entirely focused on providing the perfect trade-off between privacy and transparency. Dusk protects privacy and fits regulations in payments, communications and asset transfers.

Please consider joining us at the following media:

Is going to be interesting to see how this is going 21 millions are quite a lot in the current market, anyway these STO may change things around.

So I have to take my words back. In the past I have said I thought it was a waste to travel the world to give presentations in a bear market, but it looks like they are making deals to get STO projects on their blockchain.

Yeah, people tend trust you more when you show you face in real life too. It makes the project more real and gives it character imho.

So BRWE is maltese right? I see Malta more and more involved in blockchain and crypto lately, maybe it's time to move there to find a more friendly enviroment Grin.
It happened with poker too btw, talking about european players

Yes, many of crypto exchanges are registered there as well. May be this is related with their law or with low taxes there.

$21 million is a huge success in this bear market no matter how they collected it. Fiat is probably the safer alternative right now.

5.5M until the current date, so it seems to me, but what is 1/4 of the desired value, and certainly are not far from performing. I wish good luck in advance at the end of the year and that everything goes well with the sale

How did BWRE decide to choose DUSK for their STO? I mean from all I have read it is promising tech, but was it not still in its research phase? Will the digital asset hub be production ready early 2019 as expected?

You're talking about Dusk right? Because the other guy imo was talking about BWRE, which decided to do an STO for $21 M when everything will be ready

It will be interesting to see if 2019 will be the year of STOs or if it is still too early due to the uncertainty regarding their regulation.

They can put regulations on everything that is even remotely connected to crypto and they probably will, staring with USA. That still doesnt mean project would break the law, they just have to double check every step they make even for the future.

I believe it will happen in fact, they will try to blind in all the operations going in and out from these kind of projects, since the blockchain itself cannot be regulated.

Yes, the 5.5 million Euro was the amount that BWRE already secured. Not sure how much DUSK got so far. Does anyone have an excact idea about how much funds they were able to raise?
