Another project came out with powerful concept as usage of privacy offering platforms and tokens will increase in future based on assumptions. In that case along with other features it can emerge and grow well. I will keep it on my watch list and don't have immediate plan to buy. Need to check everything by various angles and time is sufficient for these purposes till main investment round starts.

You are right and you can see that team is really confident in what they are building as they don't have any bounty and ICO. Only the private which as far as I heard is going really well.

An ERC20 equivalent token will be released to the market in December. We will swap them to the native token in Q2 2019.

True that regulators will not co-exist with anonymity but if by miracle they can pull this off, it might be one of the most promising token to come out this year just maybe.

We do not interfere with or aim to supplant KYC/AML or other regulatory processes. We simply allow licensed and regulated third parties to commit the outcome of these unavoidable processes to the Dusk network. They still keep a registry and whitelist of their investors, as required by regulations. In turn we use ZK cryptography to make sure that their pre-approved transactors can trade confidentially, hence avoiding price manipulation.

Open transactions are not acceptable in regulated markets. Think about the consequences of moving millions on an exchange wallet. Even without selling a single asset, just by broadcasting such a tx on an open ledger you can manipulate the market and induce panic selling in a way that is completely illegal.

This measure is not a viable option outside of the Dusk Blockchain, where the probability to win the sortition lottery and therefore take an active part to the SBA⋆ algorithm is not associated with a reward, except the sole payment of the transaction fees.

I read a few pages ago that the team was mostly Dutch so they are probably based in the Netherlands.

We have offices in both Rotterdam(NL) and Amsterdam(NL). Dusk is a joined venture between Informance and Web3 which have worked together in the past.

Stupid sentence. Nobody can kill all altcoins and nobody can predict what in crypto will happen.
Some altcoins have totally different systems like Iota or Byteball or anonymous functions.
Furthermore investors decide which coin they buy, not Sharkpool.

That is a Sybil attack and Sybil resistance is in fact covered in the whitepaper.

Splitting your wallet into many small wallets decreases your chance of winning a ballot. A big wallet has a higher chance of winning a ballot, but at the same time the reward decreases proportionally to the size of your stake.

so if i understand correctly there will be 2 different, consecutive tokens, a temporary erc20 token distributed to the exchanges in December and then a swap to the final token, if you work with companies/exchanges that register their users in my opinion anonymity it fails...
