the reward would be knowledge that it works properly so you invest into something safe.

Having a test net would be very critical to the development of this project and its a great tool to make the project more solid. I assume the community would have the chance to try it or is it for the devs only?

The more people involved in the test period will be good since people can give their feedback based on their experience and I think it can be more accurate.

Why not both? You can get quality feedback from experts and feedback from thousands of unexperienced people.
Often the unexperienced people find the bugs, because they click here and there and are making illogical things. 
Time is money and time is running fast in crypto and software engineering, so I would let test people from both groups.

that sounds like a good idea but you would have to do a closed beta for experts and an open beta for the common people, wouldn't you? Maybe that would be even too much data for them to handle.

Sure, you need to have some kind of technical background. But I wouldn't say that only coders or experts can find bugs. It can also make sense to let a wider audience check the code because "two heads are better than one".

I think that in this period, potential partners want to look at the actual product instead of sign partnerships during ICO phase. They partnered with Bitfinex and Ethfinex btw (iirc)

Bitfinex and ETHFinex its just partnerships for their token sale and listing. But Im interesting which new projects going to launch security tokens? This is new standarts of tokens,  and I dont know no one of such type of tokens still...

Not so sure what you mean by this, Dusk platform is for launching security tokens. And there are several other partnerships already.

this would be an good idea to open the testnet as well as experts and also to all users so they(team) can compare many feedbacks, and then i think more people try it more easy to find out any bugs...

Why do you believe they are from Israel, just because they had a small meeting with potential investors in Tel Aviv?
