I do not want to rain on your parade, and I think it has been mentioned a few times before: ironically, DUSK itself is said to be a utility token, not a security token. Although it seems to have some built-in inflation mechanism, not much has been published about its tokenomics. I have also cast my doubt as to whether the built-in inflation mechanism makes DUSK effectively a security, despite being called a utility token.

Has the team replied to these kinds of comments by now? If they've at least contacted their local regulators

It is a place for STO's but their token/coin is not anything about security tokens at all. So ico would suit more.

This exactly! People who bought a year ago during the big crypto hype surely lost all hope now after this bear market. But that doesn't mean that this is the end of the blockchain technology. Quite the contrary, I am sure we will see blockchain used more and more in the future.

Of course, Im waiting next bullrun like many other people I think. And this will happens in soon time I think. A lot of big good things coming in crypto (like insitutionals platform etc).

Its just not possible to time your ICO and wait for bull run because its too hard to predict it and you would be trowing away money while your project will be on hold. That means also you need to spend more on marketing.

i think dusk is a project that deserves to succeed, it have a winning idea for this i think the ico will succeed and manage to raise enough funds to finish the project even in these adverse conditions of the market...

Naturally, most investors would flock on a project with a brilliant and innovative ideas and I think DUSK exhibits those traits but they must do all their best to make this a successful endeavor.

I think this way of thinking is too simple. Not all people who bought in the hype lost their hope.
There are many people which didnt sell and hold their bags till now.
They eagerly waiting for Bakkt, ETF and for the moment where all the hypocritical financial sharks have entered cheaply and stop their lying media campaigns finally.

It all depends on how their blockchain will operate.. For now it's based upon Ethereum afaik so not that high.

Security Token Offering is just a one of the aspects of dusk network. Even though right now sto:s are a almost buzzwords on selling, Dusk is a lot more then that.

This is a matter of point of view. It does not mean that it is a closed market with no opportunities for improvement. Any niche must demand for new projects, new ideas and new Companies, this provides quality and continuous improvement

Yup, even if the crypto market will capitulate somewhere in the next couple of months, as long as the traditional final markets go down, investors will avoid huge risk investments as crypto.
