How are you choosing participants to try out the testnet? Can anyone apply?

Good question, I'm interested in this as well, please team let us know if is going to be an open test and is possible to apply. 

Most of the time testers came from big investors and some are with technical knowledge that can identify potential bugs and offer some solution.

But for bug finding also poor people like me are valuable.

Before releasing the platform, do they have plans on having a third party audit on its entirety? I hope they will because it will be good for the system once implemented.

I also vote for lowering the 25 ETH limit. The profit maximum is probably with a lower limit and more participants.

Crypto and ICOs should be for everyone, not just accredited investors. Not that 25 ETH is accredited, far from it (unfortunately), but it's still a lot to most people.

From what I know so far is they don't have any interest to sell their tokens to some random people.
Theyre even asking for what other value the investors can bring/give to the project if they invest. Theyre looking for serious investors.

That could be good to be picky on who will able to invest in dusk instead of just blindly for random people. This is a bit different from what I know from most ico's project.

Well they dont want to see a dump after thy get listed and that is logical but on the other side, there is a fear on not having that many investors in the end. Its funny how 25 ETH is not that much these days and one year back it would be a huge sum of money.

Only the best projects can be that selective when it comes to allowing investments. I hope they are that good otherwise they won't sell as much as hoped.

I think that in this period, potential partners want to look at the actual product instead of sign partnerships during ICO phase. They partnered with Bitfinex and Ethfinex btw (iirc)

It would be great if there were already projects confirmed that will use the platform but I think it's a bit too early for that.

also i would be interested to participate, to test the testnet, it will be an open test? if so how can i apply? waiting for news from the team, the minimum of 25 eth for investments are perhaps too much for small investors, could not be lower the minimum a little?...

25 ETH can be a lot for most of the small investors. It would be much better to lower this minimum requirement or even better remove it completely.

If this would indeed be a possibility, if admin is listening, please lower the limit. I feel that this would be cool and attract more investors even though they weren't so wealthy.

Currently the minimum contribution may seem little, but with an imminent rise of Crypto and its bullfight, it becomes a much larger value for developers, but an amount inaccessible to small investors

Then you might ask "if it is going to be like registered shares on the stock market, then why bother with security tokens?"

I will be honest, security tokens will require a lot more paperwork than unregistered tokens, but they also have features regular shares lack, such as being able to program them and, with DUSK, private transactions.

The belief of the crypto markets can be a good answer in this matter.

I think right now people who caused this slowly dissapearing from this market and might never turn back.

We are also bleeding thanks to them but it is taking us a better future for crypto.

Imagine, any unnecessary project or token can't gey any money and failed, the projects raised good amounts delivered something. This is healthy not the old one.
