I do not want to rain on your parade, and I think it has been mentioned a few times before: ironically, DUSK itself is said to be a utility token, not a security token. Although it seems to have some built-in inflation mechanism, not much has been published about its tokenomics. I have also cast my doubt as to whether the built-in inflation mechanism makes DUSK effectively a security, despite being called a utility token.

Has the team replied to these kinds of comments by now? If they've at least contacted their local regulators

Crypto assets may be outside their local regulator's supervision. However, regulations in the jurisdictions of the investors are more important.

This could be interesting to attend and to know as well how much attention there is on the STO subject at the moment. This could become something big few years.

i think dusk is a project that deserves to succeed, it have a winning idea for this i think the ico will succeed and manage to raise enough funds to finish the project even in these adverse conditions of the market...

Naturally, most investors would flock on a project with a brilliant and innovative ideas and I think DUSK exhibits those traits but they must do all their best to make this a successful endeavor.

Security Token Offering is just a one of the aspects of dusk network. Even though right now sto:s are a almost buzzwords on selling, Dusk is a lot more then that.

You are right, there's much more to DUSK network than just STO. Anonymity and fully featured platform to launch new tokens to start with.

Probably they are kinda waiting what will happen with their crowdsale on Ethfinex and will release more informations after. For not the sales are slow but we can expect a boost before new years.

they are probably waiting to see how the crowdsale on Ethfinex will go and only then they will give some relevant information, if the market gets better the project will be successful because it is a winning idea

Wasn't Swarm the same party that wanted to sell "second hand" shares of Coinbase, Robin Hood and some others? Haven't heard much about that since. Wasn't sure this would be legal btw
