So are dusk network allows every project to make their own token and security or will there be permissions?

There is two opinions for it. First of all, it should allow anyone to create its own project.
And second says look ethereum example, it is crowded with spam/scam/unnecessary tokens which is bringing down the value of the chain itself.

So how will dusk network act?

I hope they'll be smart enough to recognize that it's better to leave people free to do what they want.

But ethereum did it and the result is terrible. Normally i would agree with you but after seeing ethereum, i am not sure it is logical to leave people free to do what they want.

In a sense we are discussing DUSK and crypto at a microscopic level, and I think we need to zoom out a bit. The digital asset platform part of DUSK can only be successful if security tokens are. It actually has to go hand in hand. If you invest in a unregulated environment, than you wont have any protection if the project doest go on and turn out to be a scam. So there has to be some regulations to protect investors in the first place.

Coinbase is an exchange and they want to launch trading security tokens while Duck want to launch ititial security token sale and tokens creating on their blockchain like ERC tokens on Ethereum. So they are not a competitors... As Duck not going launch exchange

Yes, we can't compare both of them as competitor. They have different platform as I can understand. But for sure, dusk will have competitors especially if the platform they bring will gain success.

thanks for sharing the video, i have not seen it yet but i'll look at it right away , and i hope to see the tokens on some very important exchanges soon, i hope they choose well where to launch the project according to local security token laws...

For a long time didn't understand what the ducks got to do with this, but obviously you meant dusk . I don't know if they have planned something like that but there is a possibility that switcheo dev would be interested to run it top of dusk. That would be a basically same thing.

That is an interesting point. I think DUSK started as a secure and private communication network, think anonymous Skype, then they figured out it could also be used for financial transactions and tokens. They seem to have focused on the latter though.

So exactly like shares, home equity loans, mortgage-backed securities, bonds, trust funds, CFDs, swaps, CDOs, ETFs...

Really, there are ton of financial products already. We are practically drowning in them. Part of the problem that caused the financial crisis in 2008 was no-one understood what they were getting into anymore.
